I evaluated Leve, JobDiva, SmartRecruiters, and Jobvite 3-4 times in the past few years and I have to say that Greenhouse was at a nice price point and gave us the usability and functionality that we require here at Beeswax. I'm a big fan and their customer service is amazing. …

Greenhouse is much better than Jobvite -- reporting is about the same, but UI is cleaner and system is easier to use.

Greenhouse in comparison to others we've evaluated is that they cannot comprehend the level of importance when it comes to hiring. Especially during this time where candidates have so many options, the quicker [it is] to move someone throughout the process by just a couple of …

When we were evaluating recruiting systems, we looked at Greenhouse, Lever and Jobvite. Must-haves for us were usability, robust search features, global support and reporting. Greenhouse met all of those requirements by a wide margin. Jobvite seemed antiquated, not …

Jobvite was the system you used to invite and amplify opportunities. Greenhouse is doing this but excels at streamlining the increased amount of inbound response from said amplification.

I worked with Jobvite for 2 years, their lack of good customer service is what drew me away from them, in Greenhouse you have a designated point person for all problems.

Greenhouse has mastered the ATS tool and continuously improves features based on soliciting feedback from their customers. They do a great job at listening and adjusting based on the growing needs of their customers in the talent management space.

iCIMS is VERY clunky compared to Greenhouse. I have heard good things about Lever. We demo'd with Lever and Jazz when we were selecting a new ATS and went with Greenhouse. I have heard Greenhouse is more expensive than others and some companies get priced out. When I recommend …

I wasn't involved in the selection process for greenhouse. I am an end user as I am using this product for tracking applicants for my team. The HR team did an analysis of other products and we did not have any other product in place beforehand to my knowledge.

Greenhouse was a close competitor, but at the time (7-8 years ago) we felt Jobvite was ahead of the curve, constantly adapting, and had real recruiters working on their applications and workflows. They understood the landscape.

Changing ATSs is a substantial investment. Our purpose for reviewing another ATS was more to understand Jobvite's capabilities compared to competitors. We found they overall were very similar and I'm always able to work through an improvement with a customer service rep.

Well suited for Big organizations where recruitment is a daily task. Understanding of Greenhouse workings is simple and it is not difficult to train people who use it for first time. Greenhouse is less appropriate if you are looking for sharing offer letters or doing employee onboarding. Did not had a great experience in doing that

Jobvite was very useful when used to onboard our new hires. Being a Human capital management company, we hire many individuals on a weekly basis so it helps us keep all of the paperwork organized and prevent any accidents when managing all of the data. Sometimes it does pose a problem for those who are not technologically savvy.

Greenhouse Security is simple, but not that granular. For example, everytime new recruiter joins, we have to give them access manually one by one. There is no one click or an easy way to auto assign security unlike other systems that we use such as Workday.
Greenhouse reporting is very lacking. Even though we are on the highest tier, we cannot extract data through this delivered feature. For example, scorecard custom questions. We have to do this through SQL.
Greenhouse Audit Log is also lacking. It is not useful at all. We cannot even see what job info changed and who changed it even though we are on the highest tier now.

Custom fields--custom fields do not follow the candidate from hire to onboarding. This is problematic because we then have to recreate on the onboarding side to then import into our HRIS.
Onboarding picklists are time-consuming to populate. We have to enter options one at a time, rather than being able to do an import. Also, field mapping on Hire is a lot easier than having to set up tags on option sets in onboarding.

If I were to become an internal recruiter again, I would almost definitely use Jobvite. I liked the fact that we could set up any job application link on our company web site to connect directly to Jobvite. I also liked that Jobvite made employee referral easy to submit, as employee referrals tend to be the highest quality candidates. Jobvite really has all the tools a recruiter needs to get a candidate through a recruiting process quickly without anything slipping through the cracks. Even though there are a lot of features I feel can be greatly improved, I don't think there is anything on the market today that is better than Jobvite
Greenhouse's user-friendly interface, efficient workflows, and integration capabilities with other HR tools make it a powerful tool for our company, helping us streamline our hiring and onboarding processes. With its customizable workflow and intuitive design, Greenhouse allows us to create a hiring process that suits their specific needs and requirements, without the need for extensive coding or technical expertise. Moreover, Greenhouse's integration capabilities with other HR tools enable us to centralise our hiring and onboarding data, making it easier to access and analyse applicant information, and reducing the risk of data loss or errors.

After using varios ATS's in the past, I have found most comfort and ease using jobvite. This tool has made the hiring process so easy to manage and just the fact that it is not complicated to use, makes it even better

I have never needed to call Greenhouse for support. I am not the primary account holder, nor do I use Greenhouse enough to merit calling support. I delegate that responsibility to the Recruiting team. They have never mentioned any experience with Greenhouse technical support, either bad or good. I would assume that they would tell me if the support was poor.

Support used to be better. In the last few years, though, I feel like there has been significantly less investment in customer service. We used to have account managers who were very visible and always checking in. Also, there used to be a phone number to get around-the-clock support. I am not sure that that exists at the quality it used to

Tools appears very light to use. It does not take forever to load. the interface is very simple but capable, unlike many ATS's. The tools is Simple yet loaded with very useful functionalities that save a lot of time and expedites the processes. For different stakeholders, the tools works accordingly.

Before implementing Jobvite, we had iCIMS and Kronos Workforce Ready. Neither of these products got us where we wanted to be with metrics, candidate experience, or technology. I'm sure since we left them they have updated, but we are much happier with Jobvite than others. In the process of searching for a new ATS, we attended demonstrations of 9 other applicant tracking systems and were most impressed with Jobvite.

Reporting - we had none before other than manually tracking things in excel documents, now we have a full suite of reports and dashboards we can customize.
Interview Scheduling - With the candidate self-scheduling feature, we can now schedule interviews in a matter of seconds while also automating the candidate confirmation email and the calendar invites.
More detailed source tracking than I have seen in any other product allowing full visibility on who we hire, where they came from and we can now analyze our sources.
