I have used both Cirrus Insight and Yesware in the past and they are great products as well. But none of them had the flow functionality of Groove and it just makes sense for sales. Cirrus did well with Salesforce syncing but lacked email functions. Yesware did a great job of …
Although I wasn't the decision maker, I have found that Groove's data tracking is slightly more user friendly than Yesware. Additionally, Groove has made themselves fully available for any trouble shooting or tech issues which is such a value add to someone who can be a bit …
We mostly used BCC to Salesforce for tracking prior to Groove - we had some users evaluate Yesware but the overall ease of use and tracking seemed better with Groove.
Groove has way better features and is easier to use. Yesware did allow you to organize your flows by folder which was nice. I am not a fan of the labels in Groove, I think they are pointless.
No communication between the legacy products, Xant and Yesware, so having a unified tool to look at my activity and tie pieces of an account together under a unified dashboard makes my life much easier. In addition to that, my connection on OmniDialer is much more reliable than …
I believe everything from the layout to options in the tool is a lot less clunky looking than Yesware. I have found it is a lot easier to use and can handle sending out multi-touch campaigns better than Yesware also. Adding next steps and removing prospects also is more …
I would have to say Groove is the best and most updated one since these are tools that are much older. As you can see one of them is just discontinued. Working with these tools before has made me appreciate groove more for its usability and accessibility. We actually switched …
We used to use Yesware 2 years ago and I didn't find it so helpful. But once we started using Groove, I can see a lot of improvements in our workflow and I really find those few features (email tracking, auto sync, etc) that I use really helpful and they save me a lot of time.

Yesware was insanely glitchy and it was super difficult to create flows. For some reason, whenever I tried attaching pics to my emails it never worked on there.
The ease of use, pricing, installation and most importantly the connection to Campaigns were the deciding factor for Groove. The CSM and implementation team were a bonus!
Better and more integrations! Easier to use and has less issues compare to previous tools that we have used. Offers more features that can be utilized by multiple teams
Definitely much better, the process is completely different, more user friendly, allows to integrate with different systems. The process to set up flows/campaigns is a lot easier to understand and deliver. I would say the only thing we had better with our previous provider was …
More friendly user, view is more appealing to the eye and even due it helps with automatization , its like a tesla, it will park the car for you, but also allow you to drive it on your on way. It easy to make changes and even change steps when flows are already in place.

Easier use, the sync with Salesforce is just a big plus, flows and the ability to understand the engagement of prospects. The integration they have as well with the dialer (for phone calls) is working perfectly which did not happen with the tool in the past and offers some …
Groove is no. 1 for me as it allows ADRs to have what they need to be successful as well as the rest of the GTM team to have the necessary capabilities of Groove to be successful as well.
Groove destroys these guys simply because it doesn't stop at just providing insights. Sure I can see who opened my email in both, but with Groove I can easily take the next step of reaching out and engaging with an interested prospect. To my recollection the other platform …
One of the biggest reasons we decided to move forward with Groove is because of the customizability of the platform. The industry we work in doesn't rely on uploading hundreds of contacts/leads into a sales sequence and pressing send in hopes of booking a weekend. Our reps go …
Groove can go head to head with any other prospecting tool on the market. As they increase their customer base, they will no doubt continue to scale the product and in turn gain more clients. They have many of the same features as other key players in their vertical, but in …
We ended up changing from Yesware to Groove due to some functionality and integrations we needed like SFDC and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. We wanted to be able to track inmails and upload LISN leads automatically.
Groove has a simple and more user-friendly interface. It also allows mass emails to be sent more easily. Yesware provides this as well but some of the features were off - like the preview ones. It just needs an interface update. I believe if this feature was fixed, Yesware …
Yesware was a lot quicker and easier than other prospecting email tools I've used. The integration with Gmail was also much cleaner and easier than others. They also sent more helpful tips on how to send the best email campaigns and utilize the tool most effectively.
Yesware is comparable to both products listed above. I think that Outreach does a better job at allowing you to set up follow up tasks and reminders for future outreaching efforts. Yesware is better for sending out higher volume of emails at one single time. Yesware has better …
