It is well suited for reaching prospects across a vast array of industries; lead generation, planning for meetings (let's me know who might be attending from the client side and allows me to view their LinkedIn account ahead of time. I wouldn't use it for B2C sales or inexperienced sales support people. One still needs to determine which contacts to download.

Seamless AI is very well suited for the first round of prospecting, or when going after a very publicly known and traded company. A good example would be popular brand names in the country. Whereas it does show limitations for smaller companies, it cannot yield deep data in the same way as others might. However, it is agile, very fast, and compatible. I highly recommend it to any sales force.

  • Refresh Rate of Seamless.ai is quite good. A quick way to know this is see if a lead has changed jobs recently on LinkedIn, how quickly does it get refreshed in Seamless
  • Search Capabilities are decent. Not as strong as some of its competitors, but would do the job for sure.
  • Exporting lead lists is a great feature and a boon for saving a lot of time. Direct CSVs can be exported and fed into the CRM.

  • Ability to search contacts and companies by actual street and physical address is not there yet. This is extremely helpful when trying to strategically work a particular neighborhood where you're trying to build up your own individual name and brand recognition. It's also a way of keeping others in the sales force from stepping on the toes or duplicating efforts of another sales rep.

  • It would be nice to have a general idea of how many contacts it has information for on a particular account at the very start before scrolling through the different pages.
  • It would be great to also have the titles of individuals on the list, so it's quicker to sift who to keep in or exclude prior to revealing details.
  • No product is perfect! Some of the information generated can be inaccurate or generic, e.g., a phone number for a persona may not be direct for that individual but could be a general customer service number for the company and could be the same number listed for multiple prospects.

  • Enrichment / Data Quality: Phone Number quality can be way better than it is right now. Even email addresses are incorrect a lot of times.
  • Industry Filter: There are just way too many industries. Some of them definitely can be grouped / combined to help land at search results faster.

I would rate Lead411’s overall usability a 9 out of 10. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and provides quick access to accurate data. Features like advanced search filters and integrations make it seamless for sales teams. Minor improvements could be made in global data coverage, but overall, it’s highly efficient and user-friendly.

In the modern world, where everything is AI driven, companies need to make changes in the old fashioned approach of reaching out to people, seamless.ai with the features like Intent data or Auto-pilot help in making whole process very easy and faster, which helps in increasing the average number of demo calls taken in a month and allow to sell product to many more prospects. The platform is super easy to use. The UI is very intuitive and clean, and has a similar layout to other data tools meaning you can very quickly jump into it and understand how to source contacts or companies, create lists or run email sequences. At first I found the addition of the AI to be quite overwhelming as it is pushed quite heavily on a number of areas of the tool, but once you get used to that the tools are very helpful. I also found it much easier to setup intent signals than other tools which was a nice bonus. Marked down slightly as I find the CRM integration whilst easy to set up, can fail and disconnect often.

ZoomInfo certainly is class when it comes to its capabilities. That said, if you're in a heavy outbound role and you just want to get down to the nitty gritty Lead411 is a cost effective measure to get you the information you need to be as successful as you can possibly be.

I used a lot of tools, but Lusha is the most accurate and precise data. Other may have a better user experience inside the platform, but it doesn't really matter if the data generated doesn't convert into sales. Lusha also provides phone numbers, which is fantastic, and most of the tools delivers only emails adresses.

With 1-click imports, integrations and hunts: tools like Lusha are a massive benefit in terms of saving time in the ever laborious task of List Building.
  • Better Phone Numbers: Especially in regions like EU and APAC, where mobile numbers are not available with tools like ZoomInfo and Apollo, Lusha comes as a saviour.
