Likelihood to Recommend Outbound Demand Generation: Self Sourcing leads for prospecting can be a challenge for any outbound team. It was even for us, and when we were doing it manually through LinkedIn and finding emails through email hunter extension. The task was cumbersome and time-taking, and painful. Having something like LeadIQ was magical for the Outbound team when it came to self-sourcing our own contacts and accounts, from our TAM. TAT for Prospecting decreases: Since sourcing of leads and accounts becomes much more efficient. Reps spend more time on the ground and phone and less time on the CRM. This was again a challenge for us in the past, but we have capitalized on LeadIQ and made our "spending time on the ground" metric much better. Read full review Flexible Saved Searches: I love how we can save a very complex search created for future use so that we don't have to repeat it again and again. The cherry on the top is that you can even share this saved search with your other colleagues having the LinkedIn Sales Navigator license. Access to Decision Makers: With a single click, I can filter out decision-makers in any company. This is again a time saver in many ways. Alerts and Reminders: which can be set custom-based covering specific use cases. For example - if prospect A changes companies today, I can get an alert for it on my email (the only drawback being I need to manually save this prospect in a list first).
Read full review Pros Once set up, it's super easy. Just click a button and capture the lead. Love that you can capture as a contact instead of a lead and that it will attach to an existing account in Salesforce based on a fuzzy match with Company Name. Love that you can capture data from a lead search list in Sales Navigator, not just from the person's profile page. So you can capture multiple people at a time. I really like that I can see all the related objects that a given contact might have in SFDC. Lead and/or contact records (even with a company mismatch if it's an old record), accounts, and opportunities. Read full review Lists - Very intuitive, simple, way to create and track prospects for campaign purposes InMails - The ability to send direct messages to prospects via InMails can be a differentiator for some reps News Feed - Stay up to date on organizations you are targeting to send relevant messages that resonate Read full review Cons Rocky start to using it - but good follow up with customer service. It can create duplicates in salesforce sometimes which is a headache for some departments who require salesforce to be our pure data source. Sometimes the numbers aren't correct for the right individual - it gets numbers from wrong people with the same name - this has only happened a couple of times, very rare. Read full review LinkedIn Sales Navigator is very powerful, but not super well documented. The tool does not allow for the export of list names, which is disappointing for a tool at this price. LinkedIn's search is loosey goosey, you'll find that it includes names that just barely fit the criteria. Their product continues to grow and expand and they are great to work with from a customer experience point of view.
Read full review This question is a no-brainer. The tool is the industry standard for anyone tied to sales and marketing. The name "LinkedIn Sales Navigator" is synonymous with streamlining relevant customer and account data in an easy to use format that is actionable and intelligent. The focus on continuous improvement and richer means of communicating with customers and prospects is evident each time new features are rolled out. The social component of the tool even includes a gamification component to ensure that peers remain relevant among each other, which is refreshing and enjoyable for those who engage the tool on a daily basis.
Read full review Usability It lets you pull people with specific titles in specific areas and with the criteria you choose--job changes, mutual connections based on schools, roles, and companies, etc. It is easy to upload these lists into other software or download and save them to a drive.
Read full review Support Rating I have yet to contact LeadIQ regarding support for the tool. Usability is pretty straight forward, and I was trained well to use the tool properly. I am giving the rating of a five since I can not say I have had contact with the support team.
Read full review The tool speaks for itself, but the support is definitely a significant portion of why we use the tool. The company cares about their customer's success and it shows. We do not have to wait for long periods of time for the support team to respond; they do so in a timely manner, and virtually always with relevant insights and solutions.
Read full review Implementation Rating I am unsure of the rollout, as I was not involved. I was an early adopter, and I have had a lot of success with the tool personally at multiple organizations, but I have no idea whether the implementation process encountered any errors. I can personally say that it works, and that I have not encountered significant issues with the tool since adoption, although a few issues like messages showing up as being unread even though they have been opened have been an on-again/off-again issues throughout the past few years. Overall, the company is doing a great job, and our implementation seems to have been effective.
Read full review Alternatives Considered The user experience and design of the platform + the data health were far superior to
UpLead and the other tools I demoed. I was also impressed by the pricing structure and the ability for me to pick and choose my plan or customize based on the sales team numbers and team capacity.
Read full review linkedin has way better data cleanup and relevant contact information. It provides a great insight into how to target personally your prospects, and gives great engagement highlights.
ZoomInfo is sometimes outdated, the prospect has moved companies or is no longer employed there-- alot of filtering through the weeds can be hard if you are trying to hit high metrics and make your time valuable
Read full review Return on Investment So far not a happy customer. We have had a few positive results but for the most part, all phone numbers are relatively inaccurate or they are personal numbers scraped from LinkedIn. When calling a personal number, people are surprised and find it intrusive. We would not recommend this service until it invests more into correct corporate switchboard numbers at the bare minimum. Currently, these are often incorrect.
