I am using 8x8 Work every day for my business work. In my previous organization, I used a desk phone in the office. I can not use the office number from outside the office. Due to this, my client always complained that after office hours, you became unreachable. But now I am using 8x8 Work, I can use it on desk phone, laptop and in my Mobile phone as well. 8x8 Work is excellent in use. It has HD voice quality.

- 8x8 Work is doing well is Voice quality, I did not face any issue
- 8x8 Work has very good user interface
- Call Management is good
Cons
- Sometimes we face voice delay and disturbance in voice
- 8x8 Work a little bit costly
