Good for remote working, the set-up is very easy and the calls always come through. If the mobile is off the calls go through to voicemail.
2. I would recommend for start up situations as the set up process is easy and quick. The contract is for a year which is fine considering that the £12/month fee covers all your calls as well. I've never had to pay more than the standard £12, ok once £14 (I probably made an international call)

Value for money may start to tail off as you add more users at a fixed price, but this may be an inaccurate view of their pricing structure that you should check. … I can't remember all the alternatives I looked at, unfortunately, but I do remember that 8x8 Virtual Office seemed like a really good value for the price with some decent reviews online.

8x8 has a considerably lower upfront cost and is much easier to manage than an in-house VOIP system, such as Cisco UCM.

In my case the subscription cost was less than RingCentral. … Simple to set up the initial system Adding users and activating phones is very easy Billing can be automatically split based on cost center Better pricing than other competing cloud phone systems.

Part of our business depends on using fax that we have with Virtual Office Pro but this is not worth the cost for this feature alone.

From memory, I think Vonage may be slightly cheaper but comparing price to functionality, support and other key variables 8x8 is a far better value.
