Adobe PhotoShop

The stability of this software is top notch. In all the years I have used it, I never had to call technical support. It has definitely stood the test of time, even when large updates were rolled out. Even as a beginner, I never had any issues.

I have not gotten in touch with Adobe Photoshop support, however, there have been times that I've googled a question and the message and support boards on adobe.com are full of helpful user information that typically answers my question. There's a wealth of knowledge on Adobe's website and I'm sure that their support team is thorough and somewhat timely.

I based my rating of 10 to it's benefits, functionality and uses. Since then Adobe Photoshop has been very updated, they update base on the market needs. They innovate base on the needs and wants of the market, they always update their software and the application versions.

While I never contacted Adobe directly, there is so much content out there in the form of YouTube videos, Lynda/LinkedIn learning that almost any issue, including bugs, can be worked around (and this method is generally faster as there's no turnaround time involved).

Several years ago I had a problem with a bug that was giving me a headache on Photoshop. Adobe provided me with a free phone number that I called many times. The guys in the Netherlands were really helpful and told me that my license was free until the bug was resolved.
When the crisis hit my country really badly, I ask the Adobe Support for a discount. They understood me and gave me 40% off for a whole year.

The customer's services are outstanding! However, sometimes they take a long time in response to customers' question and inquiry about the product which causes frustration for some users.

I have never used the support directly, but I have used the Adobe forum, where Adobe employees have always solved my problems.

I gave this rating because for the last 9 years, at our non-profit organization, Photoshop has helped us solve a lot of our needs when it came to social events, and sending out content for advertising for those campaigns. Even in last-minute situations, we could always find some online resource/ template as a basis and go from there. If there was ever a mistake, we could always go back and fix that mistake in a short amount of time.

To this day I have not needed to use the Adobe Photoshop support since it has excellent resources on its website to be able to use it properly.

I have never had to reach out to Adobe for support regarding Photoshop, but I have no reason to doubt it would be anything but excellent. There are clear communication channels to use if an issue arises, and I feel that I can trust Adobe to get the job done.

Adobe’s knowledge base is constantly being updated, and if I can’t find an answer, their moderators usually answer questions pretty quickly. In addition, the availability of tutorials and tips/tricks is great. Adobe has done a great job of marketing Photoshop and there are lots of new methods and styles available for inspiration.

Adobe offers a wide variety of support options including video tutorials, forums and the ability to contact them directly with a question or issue. The tutorials are great, especially for learning how to use specific tools or to create certain looks. If your issue/question seems like it's a bit unusual, however, I highly recommend searching the forums. Chances are that other users have had the same questions, and many of these designers have great tricks that they're happy to share.

After you’re more experienced using Adobe Photoshop, you will see all of the powerful features that it has to offer. The software also has a lot of users with a lot of support.

I haven't had to use support much which I think is a good thing. The product is fairly reliable.

To be honest, the customer support isn't good. Especially if you're from outside the US. We are from India and it's hard to reach them. Once I had an issue and I contacted the support. The quality of the call was really bad. Also if Adobe creates customer support for India in India that would be good, because the call charges are a lot.

I gave it a 10 because I have always had good experiences with the support for Adobe Photoshop. Any time that I have needed their assistance, I have found that the people have been able to answer all my questions. I'm not sure if I have just gotten lucky each time, but I will take it.

The very few occasions we had to contact support they were superb not only they help us address the issue at hand that prevented us from using the application, but also were able to answer unrelated questions we had at the moment. Licensing portal support is also par to none.

I don't need to use the support often - however the Adobe forum is often a useful place to find answers to any troubleshooting related questions or issues.

I have never had an issue with customer service. I have found endless tools to learn more about how to use photoshop. Tons of Adobe assisting videos to exist, as well as classes and other YouTube videos.

Well, I'm going to be honest and say that we have never had to speak with support in person. The software has performed that consistently for us over the course of 10 years that their online documentation (or a computer reboot) fixed our problem. We've never had a billing issue, either. Rare in our modern era.

I never really needed to use customer support, but when it comes to tutorials and stuff there are a lot of materials available online.

I have not used Photoshop to help. Whenever I need help, I search for user-generated videos on youtube. I find that to be more helpful to me and usually those videos get to the point very quickly and describe only what I am looking for as opposed to covering a feature at length.
