Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Photoshop is being used by middle school students in their multimedia and art classes. It helps them to become better designers and artists. Members of our school public relations team also use the Adobe Photoshop program to edit pictures taken that will go on our social media sites and website. It allows us to get those perfect pictures out there to represent our school.
  • Editing pictures
  • Create graphics
  • Export pictures for web use.
  • It is a big program, so load times are a little slow.
  • It could be a little simpler for users to learn. It is currently very complex.
  • No auto save feature.
  • Photoshop allows us to do all of our editing in-house now instead of having to outsource it.
  • It allows our students to get a better education when it comes to real-world editing.
Both Illustrator and Canva have similar features that Photoshop does, but Photoshop is by far better than either of those 2 for the number of features that it has. When editing pictures, Photoshop seemed to run a little faster than those other 2 as well which is why we use that one.
I gave it a 10 because I have always had good experiences with the support for Adobe Photoshop. Any time that I have needed their assistance, I have found that the people have been able to answer all my questions. I'm not sure if I have just gotten lucky each time, but I will take it.

It is great for any time that you have photos that need to be edited. Photoshop allows you to basically do anything to a picture which is really nice. It has worked fine in a classroom setting for teaching students how to use Photoshop, but since it is a very complex program, it has taken a while for our students to really understand it.
