Overall Satisfaction with SurveyGizmo
We use Survey Gizmo for numerous projects across our organization, from marketing to customer support to product. Each department has different uses for the tool, and due to the flexibility and customizations available, each department can build surveys to fit their unique needs. We conduct customer surveys, external surveys, and also use it for internal feedback from employees.
- The numerous options you can pick from to build survey questions
- Reporting capabilities, ranging from exports in Excel to visualizations
- The ease of use. Anyone can figure out how to use the tool
- Ability to make certain survey results private
- Some of the questions aren't easy to manipulate in terms of how they render on the survey visually
- More customizations for the look and feel of the survey page
- Helps us get product feedback
- Allows us to get input on new features
- Let's our company share feedback anonymously
Used to use SurveyMonkey at a previous company, and the functionality is quite similar. I recall SurveyMonkey having a few more bells and whistles, but that was years ago!
