Our entire organization uses it to manage and monitor all of our customer's devices.

It's a great way to monitor all of the devices that our customers have.
Remote services are easy to use and very convenient.

Sometimes when using Premium Remote it says that the wrong password was entered but the password is auto-filled by the program, not the user.

It has really helped us in reporting. We need to show our customers that our monitoring is helping them and the reports are very helpful in doing that.

We were in need of an easy to manage but robust system for our campus. Cost was a factor and the amount of time needed to stand the solution up. Barracuda RMM seem to fit the the bill pretty well. Having a small team, we still found management pretty easy. It's great.
