Overall Satisfaction with Barracuda Managed Workplace RMM
The IT team utilizes Barracuda Managed Workplace to remotely support all workstations within and outside our company network. It also plays a critical role in automated notifications to members of our tier 2 support for server notifications and errors.

- Positive - but not something we measured
- Barracuda Managed Workplace definitely handles live notifications better then Lansweeper.
- We currently use Lansweeper for Software Deployment and Patch Management
- Nagios has better visuals for network layout and heartbeat monitoring
- We are assessing TeamViewer/AnyDesk now for better Remote Desktop support. But Barracuda does handle this task very well and we wouldn't be put out to continue using Barracuda for this.
