Oracle Database

Oracle Database 12c is being used to store data which is used to process and pay benefits for Canadian military veterans. It is used by the entire organization to provide services and financial support to still serving and released soldiers.

We have multiple in-house developed systems using Oracle 12c Databases deployed at multiple levels.

We use it in a persistence layer. It does what databases do.

Oracle Database helps our mission-critical operations run safely and securely flawlessly. Security and the availability of our data are our main goals while running daily operations. Oracle provides the right tools and technologies that help me to run databases with peace of mind.

We use it across the organization. We use Oracle Database 12c to store large amounts of customer hardware repair data. It scales very well for our company's needs.

Oracle Database is used in many of our applications across the whole organization. It provided the backend database processes for many critical applications.

Oracle Database 12c is being used across our whole organization. For example, the HR department uses the database to keep track of various details about the employees such as compensation benefits. Our core development team is using it to store all of the user data coming from our commercial web solutions.

The organization uses Oracle Database to store and process day-to-day transactions. The database is used by most areas of the business to perform the end to end business process. We've been using Oracle products for the past 5 years or so and find it reliable.

We are largely into Oracle Database 12c. We have our legacy data mart build using Oracle Database. It is used mainly by the enterprise information system, i.e. my team and application development team. All of our data-related issues are addressed since our data warehouse is built on top of Orcale.

Oracle Databases are used across our development department for many applications. This is the primary data source for almost all of our applications. Our problem was where we stored the data and this addresses that issue.

In addition, it is used to host our data warehouse and integrate the data between all of our enterprise applications. Oracle Database is used along with PL/SQL interfaces and Oracle SOA Suite.

The database is very robust and resilient. I like that Oracle is continuously developing and improving it's product.
I work mostly on the enterprise and a lot of HA features. RAC has come a long way from its initial release in 9i and has made my job easier when it comes to troubleshooting and fixing issues. ADG has also come a long way and has resolved a lot of our latency issues and performance issues.

In our environment, we use Oracle Database from 10g until 18c. The product is stable and supporting critical applications across our whole environment. We are challenged with onboarding new versions to our portfolio.

Oracle 12c is being used by DIR to create relational databases for transmission of CA workers comp claims. We use it to manage data regarding any occupational illness or injury. This includes doctors, patients, injury, and prescription information. We then run reports on the data to get analytics on various things like opioid usage and the amount of injured employees in California in a given month.

Oracle Database is currently used for banking data storage. It's very fast and makes it easy to store and manage the data.

My organization uses Oracle Database in our IT department. It is used to manage all of the company's critical/sensitive data across the organization.

We use the database for many OLAP and OLTP applications. The database works really great. The error messages could be more informative, however.

We have been using Oracle Database 12c very intensively. It is being used across the whole organization. It does address the availability and reliability of our database instances.

We used Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse for our industry in retail and banking because we need the best performance and a high level of security.

We use Oracle databases on a daily basis to manage USDA AMS and APHIS data for internal and public usages.

We currently use Oracle Database to store business data. Oracle Database is more secure and stable than Postgres or MySQL. It has good replication support, which I think makes it stand out from the other products.

Compared with Oracle 11g, Oracle 12c is more stable and has more functions and features that help our developer to have an easier implementation.

We use it in different areas of Oracle like transportation, supply chain management, and other small, medium to large applications using Oracle database to store our important data.

This is the backend to the Boardwalktech platform that I prototype. The option is to use SQL Server or Oracle, and I have both deployments.

Oracle Database is being used by our accounting department as well as for our customer service solution and customer experience department. It helps with billing and service connect/disconnect for our city in terms of efficiency with other organizations.
