It is pretty easy to use, maybe a few more help functions could be of use.

It's easy to use. What can I say. It's just intuitive and I don't think about how it works or have to figure anything.

This likely could be a 10 to many of you who are already working with PDF Filler and may not even know It!
It is so friendly to people who need basics for documents and those who need a little more.
My 9 is simply my way of thinking the ever expanding model talked about here will pop up with enhanced features that I can't think of needing at this moment but interestingly enough will likely surface and be so simply small but with an impact that continues to ensure you are experiencing the best from your electronic organization tools.

I transitioned myself and my office from Adobe to PDFfiller without any issues or delays.

its easy for a professional who is used to working with websites, apps, etc, but also, my grandmother could never figure it out.

It does take sometime to understand how to use the tool

I don't fully understand all the features and I could probably be using it better, especially the templates. The organisation of exisiting files could be better (ie similar to folders on a pc/laptop). I haven't really invested much time into exploring it further than filling out forms; There possibly is an organisation solution I haven't discovered yet.

I find the platform confusing to use and have to fumble around a lot

It takes some time to get the hang of. But once you learn the ins and outs of PDFfiller it is very easy to use. It is also very to teach other within our company. So if I am out of the office and someone needs to submit permits for me it is very easy to explain.

PDF filler is designed to be easy for anyone to use immediately, with no learning curve. In my opinion, a person needs basic computer knowledge to use the tool. I am still learning some of the additional features that can make business easier. There are not, dropdowns, with more dots and dropdowns; that at times can e overwhelming to learn what is available.

There are some features that are not intuitive

Very user friendly. Easy to get around and complete the work needed in no time. I use almost daily.

I think the bonus features are great things but since I don't use them personally I think it there might be a learning curve on how to use them to effectively and efficiently improve my business.

Very easy for the average consumer to use.

It is so simple and easy to use, there isn't any training required. Once you load your document, the software already finds and inserts suggested text boxes and places to sign. It is easy to add and remove the text boxes and date any document as well.

Now that I have used it, it is so super user friendly but it did take some time to get to that point but never anything too hard.

It takes time to learn all the features up to 2-4 weeks when using daily

The UI is simple and clean. My elementary school-aged children know how to navigate it without my help. If you have low-level, mid-level, or even C-level employees that are managing documents regularly, it would be foolish not to use PDFfiller to assist your organization clean up data entry. The system basically holds your hand until you can do it on your own. Easily within an hour, any employee could pick it up with no problem.

It is super easy to use, I did not need training until you get into mush more complicated areas, but for most things, it is very user friendly and gives you a lot of online guidance and help.
