Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Flash

Our organization is a career and technical educational facility in which students learn software and techniques through real client work. Adobe Flash (now rebranded as Adobe Animate). It has provided our students a means to create key-frame animated graphics for advertising (such as web banners) and short animations for video productions.

  • Integration with other Adobe software.
  • Multi-faceted.
  • Option to purchase versions outright (no subscription option).
  • Easier to access educational materials.
  • We provide services to clients for free as part of the educational experience- Adobe Flash/Animate allows us to teach students on the industry standard software.
Other software we have evaluated include Toon Boom Harmony (which we also use in our classroom) and OpenToonz. Toon Boom and Adobe Animate are the industry standard software used professionally.
Flash/Animate is great for the creation of web-based motion graphics, such as web banners, advertisements, or interactive web elements. It can also be used for creating frame-by-frame animated videos for video production.
