Our site is a secondary income stream for our manufacturing. The site is required to fulfill the following roles in our business: Reception, Sales, and Bookkeeping. The beneficial roles covered include marketing and shipping manager. The costs of these roles over a year compared to the site that works 24/7 with no holiday or sick pay determine the return on investment and on that basis, we are so ahead of the game.

At this time, shipping integration with Australia Post is a valuable resource for us. We are hoping to expand our site this year as it has not received the sort of attention needed as our manufacturing has taken priority. However, a recent business restructure will allow for greater growth going forward. This will include making better use of available apps.

No - The BigCommerce support team is the best I have come across in any area of business. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to listen. We don't always get it right because sometimes it's actually my fault!
Yes - Every issue of support is dealt with. Results vary from a BigCommerce oversight or a misunderstanding on my part.
In the early days, BigCommerce support gave me conflicting advice on an important issue with product codes. Every time they had an idea, it cost me hundreds of work hours. The problem came from the way I wanted to use the platform for a manufacturer that sells the same product year in and year out, not a seasonal premise. Eventually, we got a work around and the team here must have all known my name and yet there was no angst from them dealing with me and they gave me a free theme when I needed one. Sometimes, going through very difficult problems forges a greater understanding on both sides.

Yes - Pretty good as far as I can tell. No customer complaints. While it lays out the product detail information differently, it is still there for customers to access if they wish.
