Overall Satisfaction with ClickUp

We're mostly using it to manage SOPs and project management.
  • Timeline Assessment
  • Project Managment
  • Task Management
  • Notification Reminders
  • Onboarding Guides
  • Use Cases (maybe via email marketing)
  • Personalized onboarding templates based on use cases (they do this very well, just more templates would be nice!)
  • Team collaboration via task management.
  • SOP migration from Drive docs to ClickUp.
  • Alternative to Asana due to price point of a large team.
  • Our day to day productivity has increased 5x.
  • We've been able to build out SOPs faster and gauge client progress more efficiently which helps retain clients longer.
  • Asana,, Trello and Plutio
For the first few years, ClickUp was a bit green and all over the place. It was a bit of a mess at first but now they've really finessed their process, UI and UX and it looks great. The biggest solution they provided was a better price point with larger solutions for feature sets.

Do you think ClickUp delivers good value for the price?

Are you happy with ClickUp's feature set?

Did ClickUp live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of ClickUp go as expected?

Would you buy ClickUp again?

Asana,, Plutio, Trello, Google Ad Manager, Google Data Studio, HubSpot Academy, HubSpot CRM, Loom, 1Password, Pipedrive, HighLevel, Twilio, Mailgun, from Pathwire, Calendly, Wistia, Slack, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Adzooma, Zapier, Adobe Acrobat DC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Marketo Engage
Since it literally does everything it's kind of hard to argue with its effectiveness and scenarios where it has use cases.
