Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite
I used Hootsuite for my automotive dealership group's multitude of social media accounts. Hootsuite allowed me to schedule posts, post to numerous accounts, and get more in-depth reporting than what is natively available. We currently have 5 dealerships, each with their own set of social media profiles. Hootsuite makes managing multiple profiles much easier.

Hootsuite allows me to manage my companies social media profiles at scale. We are a growing business, and have dozens of social media channels that we manage. A tool like Hootsuite is essential to maintaining a presence on all available platforms.

As our business grew, so did our social media presence. It became impossible to manage the multiple platforms for our multiple brands. Hootsuite allowed me to manage our company social media at scale.
I have a chat provider that manages the messaging portion of our social media, so I don't have much experience with Hootsuite Inbox, Assignments, Saved Replies or Conversation Tags. It is nice to be able to audit the performance of my chat provider in one place using Hootsuite.

I did not purchase premium support. I didn't feel the need justified any additional expense. I am satisfied with the level of support from the standard package.
Setting up Hootsuite was pretty straightforward. I ran into one hiccup setting up an account early on, and it was resolved quickly.
