Overall Satisfaction with Hootsuite

I use Hootsuite to schedule and post all of my social media posts over several platforms. This helps me by allowing me to schedule in advance and not have to worry about posting daily. It also allows me to post over several platforms all in one place. It is a time saver since I can use the same text in one place. I schedule things weeks in advance and know I don't have to worry about it. It allows me unlimited scheduled posts since I am on the paid plan but it is worth the money. I used the free plan for a while but it didn't do enough for me. I am happy with it and I feel it is the best around. I have looked at others but I didn't feel like I needed them. Hootsuite also allows you to track your analytics and see what is working. They make suggestions on when to post too. There are more features that I don't use and I wish I had the time to learn to use them but my other job duties just don't allow the time. I highly recommend it!

Mailchimp is great at newsletters and other things but for social hootsuite is the best.

It is great if you want to schedule your social media in advance. It allows you to plan ahead and promote over several social media platforms. It is a time saver and worth the cost of the paid version. I couldn't live without this software. If you are small and not posting much then it might not be for you but if you are a regular poster then try it and you won't go back.

Hootsuite ROI and Support

We use this to expand our social media and promote our newsletter and articles. We are always happy when our followers increase and people read our articles. It is more of a feel-good then business generating source for us. It does save me time to be able to schedule my posts in advance to multiple platforms. So the time savings is the most important thing to me.
For us it is to keep us out there and our message in front of people. If we gain followers and they share our message it is a bonus. It keeps our message out there that we are active and we are doing what we can to educate our customers.
I haven't had any issues with them and have been using it for years. They keep improving the product and it makes my life easier each time they do updates. I love that it saves me time and I can plan a week or even a month in advance. Everyone should try this to see if it works for them.
Simple and easy to use, and have never had any issues. We like how it saves me time and allows me to plan in advance. I plan on using this for as long as I can and will encourage others to use it too. If you haven't tried it you should. I hope my review is helpful to everyone.

This saves me so much time I will never let it go.
It allows me to post over multiple platforms and schedule ahead of time. This allows me to have consistency in posts and posting times. This saves me time and makes my job easier. By posting often my clicks and views have increased. I can't live without this software. Everyone who posts often should try it.

Hootsuite Support

It is a time saver and does what I need it to do. I couldn't do my job without this. Just this morning I scheduled two weeks' worth of posts in about 30 minutes. If I didn't have to do this and I had to post daily I would waste a lot more time. I recommend this to anyone who posts a lot.
