Overall Satisfaction with Mailchimp

We used Mailchimp across all our websites and our client website for collecting emails and sending newsletters and offers to customers.

  • For one, its free to use, so it's great to use it to grow and maintain your mailing.
  • It very easy to use no matter your skill level is and the tooltips are very clear and explained.
  • It boosts a very great list of tools to help to build and engage with an audience.

  • Some of the templates within the free and paid plan are very limited in design aesthetics
  • They could possibly add in some new features that support using your own email templates.
  • Would like to see more advanced email automation.
  • The costs mount up quickly once the emails start adding up in your lists and you might end up looking for a better deal to send your newsletters.
  • Overall sending 2000 free emails and getting sales from a free plan is always an excellent ROI.
Mailchimp stands up okay against MailerLite as they almost the same, however, MailerLite does offer a better UI and better support.
I gave this rating as it very easy to use for people are professionals to novice as Mailchimp provide questions to provide users the best email options for there needs
Yes I would say Mailchimp is a all-in-one marketing platfrom as you can intergrate it into many other tools such as Wordpress, contact 7, Zapier and IFTT will enable smooth running between Mailchimp and the solutions you're using.
Mailchimp provided my client excellent returns over festive period with the use of thier free tier plan. Lessons, I learnt you can get to comfortable with the free plan until you need to send more emails lol
I would always recommend Mailchimp to anyone as the first option to grow and build their list based on their freemium plan. This makes it great for newer businesses.
