Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We use WatchGuard AuthPoint to secure our customer systems and our own VPNs and AzureAD.
We use it to protect our Office 365 data and our customers' accounts.
We also like that we can easily secure our customers' notebooks and depending on the location or policy, we can secure the devices.
The accesses can be automatically synced and so it becomes very easy to create new accounts. It is completely automatic to set up new users and very well explained. The users love the simplicity and yet high security of the system.

It is easier to integrate and has an perfect fit with other WatchGuard tools and appliances.

We find it good to move many of our services to the cloud because we work distributed. Employees are at several office locations and at home and mobile working must also be possible.
We can work from anywhere at any time and have secure access. It's easy to make the settings in the browser and there are no complicated services.
It is possible for any user to very quickly use their smartphone as a two factor authentication. Thus the access is secure and easily possible.
It is fun to use the app and we can also offer our employees an app for other two factor solutions that we automatically install on the devices of our employees.

Users have a central login portal and can start all applications there directly. Access is secured via AuthPoint, making it easy to use.
At the same time it is secure and there is easy access for our employees, which at the same time meets the German high security standards. GDPR is also very easily ensured with it.

For users it is very easy to use AuthPoint no special skill is needed.
For administrator setup there is very good documentation and excellent integration guides. We love this and are happy that it is constantly being expanded and improved. We send our users automatic emails with which we can send the invitations.

Evaluating WatchGuard AuthPoint and Competitors
Yes - Before we used Google Authenticator. No integration in enterprise apps or cloud apps is possible.
