Overall Satisfaction with WatchGuard AuthPoint
We wanted to secure our access to different Systems and Services like VPN, notebook logon, and websites. We were aware of the problem that passwords only are not secure enough for this. By implementing WatchGuard AuthPoint, we solve this very easily and with excellent support from Watchguard to solve some challenges like using eDirectory at customer sides and not AD or the integration in third party products.
- Setup is really easy
- Integration into the WatchGuard Firewalls is perfect

Implementing the MFA into the Firewall could be managed by a short number of clicks. So it needs only a few minutes to set up VPN with MFA.
I could support my own and customer systems all the time from everywhere in an easy way
All my Users and customers where able to install the APP and activate it just by the Mail they get. Couldn´t be easier.
I could activate complex Passwords without any discussion.

I had to implement another LDAP source than AD (Microfocus eDirectory). The Support was excelent and didn´t give up till it was runing as expected. That was a cool thing. Me and my customer where happy after all.
