Webex Meetings is our standard to
communicate within team colleagues abroad and to communicate to our
end-customers. All our communication via telephone now changed now to Webex
Meetings. It is fully implemented in our e-mail client system to arrange
meetings through the calendar in our client solution system. For the contact to
our customers or business partners in other companies, Webex Meetings is easy
to use.

The rapid company-wide rollout was only possible because large test environments had already been established. The application is so user-friendly that training requirements were minimal. Nevertheless, it presented the entire company with significant challenges in managing the large volume of data across the servers and equipping all meeting rooms with high-quality equipment, especially since other companies had also started their procurement processes simultaneously.
The biggest challenge for our company was the need for such a rapid rollout, as otherwise, the pandemic would have severely hampered our ability to continue working. Especially when direct contact with your customers is a key factor for success, switching to video consultations is crucial. Maintaining technical stability during customer contact was the biggest challenge for our company.
The biggest challenge for employees was turning on their cameras for every conversation. Even today, this remains a real challenge for some. Lighting and camera issues are still a minor problem when colleagues are working from home. Occasionally, there are still hardware and software compatibility issues, which isn't surprising given the number of devices.

The entire company is set up so that it doesn't matter to employees whether they work in the office or from home. Those in direct customer contact also have the option of working online directly with the customer. The entire company is focused on enabling location-independent work, and the necessary solutions are being implemented gradually.
Initially, we used a different product for our customer-facing teams. However, when using it within internal teams, it quickly became clear that this product wasn't powerful enough. Therefore, we switched to WebEx because we were looking for a product that allowed for both purely online collaboration and hybrid working with the highest level of security.

Cisco Webex Experience
Cisco WebEx is used in our company to ensure telephone accessibility. Through personalization, some teams can automatically provide video conferencing rooms, which customers can easily log into themselves. Especially in increasingly large offices with no partitions between workstations, automatic noise cancellation is crucial. Unfortunately, other features such as real-time transcription are not permitted in our company.

Cisco WebEx is used in our company to ensure compliance with all security standards when handling confidential documents. The rapid identification of participants and the automatic verification of whether the security guidelines have been accepted are particularly advantageous.
