Overall Satisfaction with Webexpenses
I use webexpence to keep track of my work expenses on a monthly basis. It allows me to keep better organized my milage and receipts from business related lunches and dinners. An added benefit is the software auto calculates the milage when you enter the address and can be manually override if you need to account for more miles. The software is also used to keep track of tolls and business office supplies.

Webexpenses does save time when it comes to keeping track of claims, milage and receipts. This was manually done in the past and now I can keep track of my milage and receipts electronically. It also saves time during the expense approval process, since it is just a few clicks to submit my report.
Previously expense reports were done manually, which was very time consuming and inefficient. We had to save all our receipts and at the end of the month, tape each receipt to a piece of paper. Afterwards we summarized our expenses on in excel, printed it out and turn in a stack of paper reports for verification and approval. With Webexpenses, I am able to record my milage and upload a photo of my receipts on the same day or even use my cellular phone to upload my receipts. At the end of the month, all the expenses are ready and submission is just a click away.

25 - Most of the individuals who use Webexpenses are the business managers, who use the software on a fairly regular basis. The other individuals who use the software are usually in management positions, such as the Technical Marketing Managers and Technical Managers. This is due to the fact that normally the individuals in these positions are those who travel and have client-based interactions.

who do in-house support on an on-going basis.
Webexpenses normally runs fairly smoothly without too many issues and
therefore can be handled by just a few individuals. On top of that, the organization is also
fairly small and therefore do not require a large IT support.

Webexpenses Training

We received from the employer an informal online training and powerpoint which taught us the basics. Afterwards we needed to learn the nuances of the product on our own. For the most part, the software was easy to figure out and straightforward. I would recommend this approach for individuals who are computer savvy.

Yes - The mobil interface works very well. I am able to record my expenses such as milage and upload photos of my receipts on my apple device in the moment, which is very useful. That being said, the actual application is buggy, sometimes it works properly and other times it does not, but this could be the software or my apple device.
