I would recommend 6sense as a 10. I really don't have any major faults with the tool. I can't imagine being a marketer in this day and age and not having a tool like 6sense. If a team doesn't have it, even if you're a small team, I think it can be a game-changer. I would say areas where this product is well-suited are organizations where sales and marketing teams need better alignment. If you have sales teams that need help prioritizing the right accounts—meaning ICP accounts that are showing intent—then 6sense is a tool you should definitely look into. If you have old-school sales teams that are just kind of winging it and picking accounts they feel they should be working without having data behind those decisions, 6sense can help bring much-needed focus and prioritization. Where it may not be the best fit is if you're a very small company and you're not yet at the point of doing account-based marketing. If you're a one-person shop with a single marketer or a single salesperson, you probably don't need ABM yet—you need to grow a little bit first. But that would really be my only callout.

Demandbase One is well-suited for ABM Marketing, providing intent-based account details, account scoring methods, and understanding account intent. It also enables creating a list of accounts and individuals for retargeting based on specific filters. Easy to integrate with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and multiple other channels. Advertising through the Demandbase channel is more effective for advertisers who use retargeting with the intent list.

I feel like our use case scenario is excellent for any company that would like to see more accountability from their sales or service teams. Geopointe's ability to force a Geocheckin when visiting specific Salesforce data is exactly what most companies need. The ROI for combining Salesforce and Geopointe is exponential for any business looking to grow and maintain a good customer relationship.

  • Example: It shows which companies are searching for topics like our product. We give the SDR team a list of accounts to call first.
  • It shows intent even when no one fills out a form.
  • Example: An account may not submit a demo form, but 6sense still shows it is active and viewing related topics. This helps us reach out earlier.
  • It triggers actions for the team.
  • Example: If an account suddenly spikes in intent, we can alert the account owner, create a task, or start a sequence right away.

  • Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign.
  • Person-based ad targeting, they are one of the only platforms that offers this which is a game changer.

  • I like the way that we can utilize the registration and look at an area not exclusively to guarantee that our reps are at an office and working yet if something somehow managed to happen we would have a thought of where they are found.
  • It is an incredible apparatus and resource for our organization for using time effectively.
  • My number one moment was a couple of years prior when one of the top-performing salesmen considered it the best deals device he had found in his 20 years of selling.

  • I would love to see more academy and certifications, availability, I think some easier, faster, easy, digestible courses to jump in. Certifications are great but they're very much focused on just those two certifications, so maybe more of a specialization focus on that side as well as some ways to kind of do a quick easy onboarding for first time users or those who have 6sense within their organization but don't know how to jump in and use it right away.

  • Under the "highlighted" section there are only 6 accounts to see. It would be nice to have more than 6.
  • The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored.
  • It would be nice to be able to mute or hide of some contacts that we have already spoken to so that it opens space for other prospects.
  • Overall happy with the product

  • I've found using shapes based on rather weighty data can take some times. Looking for ways to help you optimise in terms of speed and displaying data would be appreciated.
  • A bit more clarity on what you can and cannot do with a license. There are some functions that you get a scattering of capabilities on (assignments) which you can find that you'll need to pay more for to really unlock.

Relatively inexpensive service for a decent current awareness service. They have added little in sales functionality in the past year as they focused on building a marketing version of the product. Except for the addition of broader European coverage last spring (thin Equifax records), the database was static over the past year.

I gave this rating because I’ve spent hours upon hours training reps on 6sense. A lot of my trainings have been successful and the reps are now using the tool correctly. With that, I think the usability is overall strong. It isn’t complex once it is learned by the rep or admin, just takes some practice.

InsideView was extremely user-friendly. I was able to quickly understand how to efficiently use the software and get the most out of the service. I only had a short time to quickly learn how to use the functions offered by InsideView, and I felt confident within the first day of my understanding and ability to successfully use this tool.

We hardly needed any support but in the initial days we got some had to contact support for the product understanding, the suppor t was prompt and they were very quick to resolve any issues. The support team is very helpful and gives a lot of importance to unresolved issues.

We had to work with InsideView for some custom configurations example we have a custom field in Salesforce called ha location that needed let's say NJ to spell out New Jersey and make certain fields mandatory. They were easy to work with though.

  • Opportunity conversion, definitely increased opportunity, conversion rates and very high deal size. The size of the deal that is touched by marketing and engaged in 6sense paid media campaigns is proportionately increased versus if they were just an inbound or if they were just work by sales.

  • A morning 10 mins scan of the target company news feed gave me a high level view of the most important news that I need to know regarding my prospect accounts and their respective industries.

  • Geopointe has provided an exponential ROI in terms of customer retention, and conversion of quotes to orders. This is a difficult metric to calculate but it is evident.
  • Geopointe has provided a substantial positive impact in terms of employee turnover in our outside sales role. Prior to using Salesforce and Geopointe our sales team in many cases was providing false data or copied data from the past. Geopointe's geo-checkin feature eliminates that. We have customized our Outside Sales Agreement to adapt the obligation of the outside sales person, to account for Salesforce and Geopointe and our new expectations.
