If you are looking to provide your sales team with accurate and live information in order to act quickly on hot leads, 6sense is a great solution. Once a few sales reps see the wealth of information 6sense is able to provide through alerts, it sparks a mini wildfire of requests.

Demandbase is a must have at our company. From an advertising standpoint it has allowed us to scale our ABM strategies and exceed benchmarks in our display ads. Our sales users are spending less time researching accounts and more time selling as Demandbase makes it easy for them to get alerted when accounts are showing intent and engagement with our business. I'm looking forward to the release of the multiple account journey product update, which will allow us to see how accounts are engaging with our other product areas and where we are missing the mark with engaging with those accounts who may be showing buyer signals with a particular GTM

  • Ad Targeting and budgeting is very concise, the platform tells you how much reach and spend you can expect for each campaign.

  • Under the "highlighted" section there are only 6 accounts to see. It would be nice to have more than 6.
  • The engagement is rated in "minutes" while that's not really what is being scored. It's a little confusing as to how their engagement is scored.
  • It would be nice to be able to mute or hide of some contacts that we have already spoken to so that it opens space for other prospects.
  • Overall happy with the product

We have several resources and, although 6sense is valuable, I do not believe it's being used widely enough by the sales team due to lack of training and its complexity. I wish there was a simplified guide for use and more 1-on-1 training.

We expect to see good success in creating personalized experiences using Demandbase. This has allowed us to create industry specific visitor site experience as well as account specific site experience. This is expected to lead to higher conversion on the site. Therefore, we are very much likely to continue to use it.

The platform is pretty straightforward as far as creating new segments and what's available to do so. The launch of digital advertising has greatly improved in recent months which has been great for our digital team. Adding or removing users and updating integration points is pretty easy as well. Reporting has also been recently updated which makes reporting on usage and ROI much easier too.

Demandbase does have a learning curve, but once you get into it, the platform becomes very easy to use overall. I had a couple of sessions with our reps to have training sessions. After I was established, the only time I need help is with updates to the platform.

Their Customer Success model is delivered as advertised. We're very satisfied with the availability of support. They care as much about our success as we do. We also had an issue where we believed there was an issue in a piece of functionality. They continued to dig until they found the problem and immediately put the fix into a patch.

I don't deal a whole lot with the customer support, focused more on the use of it but from my experience, it's been fine. They've replied to my issues in a timely manner, never more than a day. The advertising team might be another story but I can't speak directly to that.

Demandbase had a higher account match rate for our known and unknown accounts. We also leverage in-platform advertising a lot for our targeted account approach and Demandbase has an exceptional platform for this use case. The most impactful difference was the relationship we have with our account team and how they continually ensure our success.

  • It is honestly very difficult to tell beyond account engagement at the moment. Revenue impact is by far the hardest thing to measure.
  • Collaboratively, we do see lift in revenue based on positive engagement numbers. When our engagement rates are higher we see a correlative impact to SQOs.
