I think Reflektive is better for small organizations, as it does have a more informal look and does not have such robust functionalities. Lattice works on big organizations and is better suited for longs chain of command and it has a more serious look and feel. However, …
All-in-one performance platform for engagement, goals, reviews, 1:1, department information, feedback, growth plans, and a robust management system and smart workflows, and a great tool for remote-first companies and seamless integrations with Slack, calendars, and each tool in …
Reflektive stacks up really well against its competitors because it's in all in one solution. It provides performance management tools, engagement surveys, and analytics. The majority of Reflektive's competitors only provide one of these features at most. Therefore Reflektive's …
- Lattice is important infrastructure for orgs that are scaling quickly and need the ability to better administer talent and performance programs - Lattice saves HR teams soooo much time (from the AI agent who answers HR questions, to the automated onboarding and offboarding processes. - Lattice is not great for very small orgs that don't have growth plans. (Engagement surveys can't be anonymous if there are too few EEs, there is a minimum contract amount, and it's quite a lot of tool/system)
Suited for- It's a great one start shop for information. If you want your data all in one place and easy to access, you cannot beat LumApps for this. It's ease of placing pages across multiple sectors, menu navigation, and org chart integration are lovely. It showcases information and files very well with easy web page design that brings it all together. With only a little bit of training many people can use the product and create content. Less Appropriate- While great at what it does it is still a place to showcase information, not house it. It's not a replacement for Microsoft or Google regarding online file storage. It does not do the storage. It just makes files easy to access if your company houses them already. This same idea applies to Active Directory, it can do a lot of great customization of roles and allow/highlight information for people if they already have great data about people. It is a challenge if the backend data profiles of a person are not already syncing from other systems.
Reflektive is well suited for medium to large organizations where cross-functional work is a regular occurrence. It isn't meant to be used for employee reviews, self-reviews, or take the place of a corporate communications platform; rather, it is meant to do one thing - serve as a public soapbox and repository for giving and receiving employee gratitude.
In larger organizations, it is difficult to communicate and share news with everyone without sending all-agency emails. Reflektive lets you provide that feedback or recognition for everyone to see, but saves your inbox from unnecessary emails.
The weekly roundup email highlights a few of the most recent recognitions. It’s nice to see a brief highlight, without having to get notifications for each post.
Reflektive let’s you tag multiple people in a post, so you can thank a whole team in one post.
The editing user interface is a bit wonky and occasionally glitchy.
The back-end options are not organized super well, which can make it confusing to find the right settings.
The customization options are somewhat limited without advanced CSS/dev skills, and the basic functions can be a bit challenging for some non-technical users.
Reflektive often didn't do the best job informing users about the product changes we could expect to see.
Oftentimes, it was hard to know exactly who would see what in the system. We had to go to our customer service rep for a lot of questions that we wished were more thoroughly explained in the help center.
It is very user friendly and easy to navigate. The workflows make sense and I can easy find my reviews, feedback or performance information. I haven't had any issues with being confused or needing to read instructions on how to navigate the software, it was one of the more straightforward programs that I have worked with
If you are a content owner, you need to learn how to use the tools and this can be time-consuming and not simple. We rely on the support of our internal LumApps team to provide support and train us on the tools. But it is fairly convenient once you know how to use it correctly.
Lattice Support is not that good. We have had to have calls with them in the past and their product team did not have a lot of knowledge about their product. I believe they are able to provide a much better level of service and that would increase my likelihood to work with them again.
Question and bug support are very helpful and quick. About the feature requests, we don’t have much visibility of the features that we suggested, or If they are going to implement some solutions or not.
Reflektive is great with support. From the beginning, when it comes to training materials for those new to Reflektive, to clearly rolling out updates in the interface or releasing new features, everything is very clear and communicated solidly. Support is always available when needed, and answers are easy to find when support is not available.
Lattice is more fully featured than BambooHR on the performance management functionality. It allows greater customization and more capabilities. If your company is mid-sized or large, Lattice is the way to go. However, it does require having some staff dedicated to understanding the system and committed to managing it. TINYpulse was also an interesting offering with some benefits, but also not as fully featured as Lattice for a medium to large business.
Our organization selected LumApps for its customizability, integrations with the Google suite, Slack, etc., in addition to the customizable meta-data that would allow for a unique user experience for our global teams so that users in the Latin American region, for example, would no longer be inundated with content that did not apply to their region or market.
Reflektive stacks up really well against its competitors because it's in all in one solution. It provides performance management tools, engagement surveys, and analytics. The majority of Reflektive's competitors only provide one of these features at most. Therefore Reflektive's competitors have to purchase multiple tools and HR teams have to use multiple tools for their employees. This creates more work not only for HR teams but for users as well.
We have a workforce of 700, who largely have never had a performance review - since buying the module, it is holding the managers accountable to the process - no employee needs to be in the dark with how they're doing
The employees value the decreased time that it takes to perform their self-assessments - world's apart from the complicated system we had before in our HRIS provider.
The managers value the decreased time it takes to initiate/complete the employee review discussion process, as they now have a much more streamlined manner of doing so since partnering with Lattice
after migration, it has reduced time for Internal Comms to create and publish content (for some content that we can import as a chart, like anniversary celebrations, we've been able to reduce the time from 4-6 hours down to about 15 minutes)
we haven't used long it enough to see ROI on other facets, but not having divisions create their own websites unbeknownst to anyone else is invaluable
