Likelihood to Recommend ON24 works great for a 4 part webinar series we host every fall that is a annual legal update that allows us to reach a slew of clients that we would otherwise not. (if we conducted the same in person). We typically see 300+ attendees per webinar in this series. One component we focus on for some events is networking, the virtual break out rooms are a good add on when hosting but it does not replace the face to face component of networking. The ON24 ones are also more formal that a zoom breakout for instance, as ON24 is completely different experience than a Zoom webinar anyway
Read full review The OneCause auction platform works well for events of seemingly varying sizes (we are a mid-sized organization, but it seems to scale well). You can run a variety of things within the platform (live auction, silent auction, fund appeal, raffle, etc.), but one should be aware that there are limits to the software and we were forced to worked around these limitations.

Some of the wording is confusing and there's no option to edit those text boxes. The set-up for the silent auction options is not exactly the easiest to follow for new users. Having some concrete examples or use cases to consult when first setting up would be helpful. It would be great to have a "check for errors" functionality when you're going through the auction set-up. For example, for some reason when our live auction was set up, two items didn't have "Apply Sales Tax" checked and so they got erroneously listed without the sales tax. Given that ALL the other items had sales tax applied, it seems like it should be easy to have something run in the background that flags potential errors for review. Read full review Likelihood to Renew ON24 is everything we expected and everything we needed. It's simple to use, extremely customizable, and scales very easily. The integration to our CRM makes ON24 major lead generator for our sales team from our established webinars series. We can automate lead delivery to our sales team as well. If anything, we will look to expand our partnership in the future.

Read full review Usability 97% of our attendees say it is the best trainings they have every attended. But they other 3% have a horrible experience (while watching the event live) interesting fact. On24 uses two different encoders for live vs OnDemand. I have never had issues with the On-Demand experience. My only complaints come during live events
Read full review I give it this rating because when I first started using OneCause, I was concerned it might be complicated and I could make mistakes that would negatively impact our organization. OneCause's usability has made me feel confident and stress-free in every event we use it for because it is easy to use.
Read full review Reliability and Availability ON24 is always available when I have a question about a new feature, if I'm having issues during a live webinar, or if I'm having issues with a webinar on the backend. Our client support specialist, Heather Haines, has always been incredibly consistent with getting me the answers I need when I need them.

Read full review Performance Loading depends on how large the files in the webinar for us - sometimes it takes up to an hour to upload and that impacts the loading when the webcast is playing. Overall I'm happy with the performance, however if integrated with other systems it does tend to slow down the process

Read full review Support Rating ON24 support is really good with the 24/5 support chat line, where someone actually responds within 30 seconds. The customers success team is also really good and our rep is very helpful with all our questions. Whenever we have more technical questions, she will bring on a IT designer or a tech specialist on our calls for additional comments and help.
Read full review They have a fantastic tech support team who typically responds to your questions and concerns within minutes. They are available for emails, phone calls, and have also created videos that walked me through my problems. When you initially get started with their peer2peer platform, they provide you with a consultant whose job is to walk you through setting up your first campaign. You al so receive a specific to you Customer Success Manager who is there for any and all questions and will help you until you find the answers needed!

I would highly reccomend the trainings and reading the documents they have created. They also do live webinars on a rolling basis that are filled with so much knowledge and Information

Read full review Implementation Rating We had a few training's, which were broken up, and focused on specific areas of how to use the platform. Mostly though, a lot of it is just dedicating your time to learning and exploring what the possibilities are for enhancing your webinars
Read full review I don't know if my insights are key but I can say that implementation was done in-house without any outside support for the solution. The staff influencing the solution had very little technical expertise and ability as well which showed just how easily the software was to implement.
Read full review Alternatives Considered We previously hosted our webinars on Zoom, which was a much less interactive format and not really scaled for such large-scale events that we have been hosting. The On24 consoles are really great and we are able to have links to share with our audience. The on-demand format is also a lot better on On24 than it was on Zoom.

Givebutter - I absolutely LOVE
Givebutter , so simple to use, but it does not offer an auction component and we didn't want to have 2 different systems to use.
Classy - this platform seemed nice but extremely pricy and we still had to do "add-ons". We could not afford it. We went with OneCause in the end because of the simplicity, and training provided and wanted to give the product a try over sticking with
GiveSmart . We are so happy to have made the switch.
Read full review Scalability We haven't scaled a lot through ON24 a great deal beyond the initial scale-up of going from 4 events a year to 1+ a month but we can see that you can scale. The one drawback we have found with scalability is that events over a certain amount of time cost a lot more.

Read full review Return on Investment ON24 has allowed us to deliver meaningful pitches, promotions, and seminars to clients/audience members all year round, remotely. The reporting available to us through the ON24 platform allows us to assess and review what is working and what needs adjusting with our events. This is valuable to us. Using the tools available, we've doubled our audience engagement in the last 12 months, and this has allowed us to generate leads at a later stage of the "funnel." Each year we've experienced growth with not only the funds raised but also in the improvement of the event execution. We've learned a tremendous amount for in-person fundraising success through the OneCause team and that has led us to explore virtual and campaign options.
