To organize and keep up with streamlined company procedures, use PayrollHero. The fact that PayrolHero is a cloud-based service that allows me to access it from any location and on any device is what I value the most. Another feature that I like is you can create profiles of all employees with their work histories so you can be more organized and evaluate performance. It allows you to track time worked by employees, see where the employees are in real-time, and use facial recognition to ensure they adhere to their schedules.

tracking time on actual tickets being worked is a great fit. trying to track soft functions that normally have nothing to do with Jira is much more cumbersome and difficult to manage.

• It helps with managing attendance which can be further used for reporting purpose.

• Chrome extension is also very handy to track time on the fly
• Tempo-UI is pretty user friendly, like the ability to favorite jira tickets and duplicate time entries.

• The interface for the software needs some improvements. the color combination doesn't look professional.
• Need to manage the employee finance saving details as well.

• Minor things, like changing tabs on list of tickets on the calendar view doesn't reset the scroll so sometimes it looks like you 'lost' your tickets and it can be confusing.

PayrollHero functions well than other available applications for HR management. It helps easy time tracking with better reporting for management. The interface can be improved more to make it unique and professional. But over all it helps with managing HR day to day operations easily. It has been great tool for HR people
