What is Bookinglayer?

Bookinglayer is a reservation system built for complex booking scenarios involving accommodation and activities. It helps businesses like retreats, resorts, and camps automate the entire booking process. The software suite includes four core components: the Booking Engine, the Backoffice, the Payment Form, and the Customer Portal. In addition, Bookinglayer offers a variety of advanced features and third-party integrations to access to everything needed to run the booking business.

Bookinglayer is customizable, allowing full adaptation of the booking flow to match the guest's decision-making process. With this, the Booking Engine enables the selling of holiday packages, customizable packages, fixed-date trips, etc.

Clients can use the Customer Portal to ask for guest data post-booking, ensuring the booking process is as simple and quick as possible. Within the Customer Portal, guests can independently sign waivers, schedule sessions, exchange activities, and pay outstanding balances.

With clients in over 35 different adventure travel niches, Bookinglayer offers dynamic software that reduces booking errors, creates a better booking experience for guests, and cuts down the hours spent on admin. With 80% of client bookings including an activity, Bookinglayer offers a way to increase revenue and sell more than just rooms.

The Booking Engine can be fully customized to suit not only the customer's decision-making process but also the look and feel of the website. This way, the booking page integrates with the current customer journey.
The Customer Portal empowers guests to manage their bookings independently. Guests can be allowed to schedule sessions, exchange activities, provide transfer details, sign digital waivers, and check in online, all without messaging back and forth with internal teams.
The Booking Widget is an Advanced Feature used to display fixed-date trips directly on a website. From there, guests can view what trips still have availability, or they can join a waiting list for dates that are already full.
The Backoffice is used to view and manage bookings. With up to 10 different User Roles, team members have access to select parts of the Backoffice. This way, everyone from coaches to cleaning staff has access to the information they need to work efficiently, but not other sensitive booking details.
the Inquiry Form, which is an Advanced Feature that can help collect and organize bespoke requests that require more of a conversation before confirmation. Inquiries will come directly into the Backoffice, where they can later be changed to a confirmed booking.
