I used Oracle University from the program of learning and certification. It is good for a start but online education is not all that you need to pass the exam. You must learn much more if you want to pass the Oracle certification exam. Education portals are very good but are too slow.

I took lessons and got certified for free in Oracle university. Lessons are very short and cover everything. Nowadays it's not preferable to take long lessons where mostly there is useless information. Oracle did a very good job with the university. They understand well what people are looking for.

It's very easy to register for courses and also book certification, schedule it, write, and immediately get the result. It offers [a] very good retake policy and very good pricing for the candidates, and many options to write proctored or non proctored exam through Pearson VUE. [It also] offers very valuable certifications in the latest Oracle technologies.

Have completed and got certified for oracle autonomous database. It was a bold move by oracle to provide such benefits for free. It will definitely have a good impact on its users as they have a certain proof of knowing , understanding and getting certified for its knowledge which is so widely used in the industry. Definitely useful for people who have taken time and completed the certification.

I have used the free (due to COVID-19) exams on OCI this year. The free traniing material was a reduced version of the entire courses, but the chance of getting certified for free was really good. I have taken other courses and certifications in the past (OCP in DB Administration, OCE on Oracle SQL etc).
