Fresh gravity is an amazing SI and highly recommend them for Reltio expertise
Change management was a minor issue with the implementation - I was not involved in change mgmt part of the implementation hence cant comment on that

Yes we did as quick resolution and immediate help on issues was a priority for us
We had issues connecting RIH with oracle as it does not come with an out of the box connector. Support team was very helpful in reviewing our application and suggesting changes.

- Manual export every time we need to pick entities, fields etc does not allow to save templates.
- UI does not support data masking which needed while we maintain PII information
