Reltio Connected Data Platform is used to master customer data coming in from 30+ external and internal data sources using various integration patterns. We use Reltio to create a golden customer profile, maintain customer hierarchy, affiliation and reference data
- affiliation between hcp and hco and hco and hco along with nuanced attributes
- historical slicing of profile
- address data cleansing - sometimes there is cleansing inconsistency eg: loqate unable to cleanse whereas google can quickly detect
- incremental RDM loads
- Holistic customer segmentation
- Enabled transparency reporting for multiple BUs
