Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

Bradken is using Ariba procurement at the request of our customers. This could include RFQs, Tenders, P/O submission, Shipping notices, invoicing. It is mainly used in Australia across our Sales and Order Fulfillments teams. However more customers outside of Australia are now onboarding to Ariba.
  • Order management.
  • Payment advice.
  • Account hierarchy overview of customers and users.
  • Account management and training - our Account manager has been fantastic.
  • Global structure. Ability to have 1 user account that can go across multiple ANIDs.
  • Discovery.
  • Workbench.
  • As we are the supplier, our customers request that we use Ariba for B2B transactions. This often means that internally we require more resources to manage transactions such as invoicing.

Well suited for B2B transactions - particularly order management. Invoicing is less suited and time consuming.
