Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign

We use ActiveCampaign daily, to grow our subscriber lists, to market our services and build relationships with our audience and customers across all departments, but most of all in sales! We do also suggest this software for our business partners and associates. For us it is important to build automation, within our daily routine as a big part of our business is international, and to serve our growing customer base internationally rebuilding automation helps us a lot.
  • It is very easy to set up and start to use.
  • Online education provided by AC is also a huge help and it is well developed.
  • Pricing is competitive and well thought through, so you would pay only for what you really need.
  • I would add more languages.
  • Overall I am very happy for the things we use.
  • Since we started slow and the pricing is adjustable to our growth and needs, it is definitely a huge added value to our business!
Well each of those products has their pros and cons, I guess for us it was just a natural progression with sticking to one great solution provider [that has] offered some better, or let's say strategically different features for us. And we love the service and support at ActiveCampaign.
Most of all, AC is a great tool for marketers, and businesses, with all the features they provide you are on the safe side of running and looking after your customer base smoothly. Since we are an online education space, we love to suggest the software also for our customers and clients, but it is very important that you could run the software for any kind of business.
