Our company uses ADP Workforce Now for payroll functions.
  • Ability to go paperless for payroll if the employees opt for this option
  • Easy to read and understand paychecks
  • Staff can access payroll anytime, anywhere
  • Employees do not need the HR or Accounting team for payroll history and updates
  • Sometimes logging in is wonky
  • Make it easier for staff to go paperless
  • The ability to go paperless is my favorite - feels more secure and confidential.
  • Would have greater ROI if our company went paperless - printing cost and time for staff to print and hand out. We aren't there yet.
I’m not in HR. - It saves me time and effort to access on my own and feels more secure.
My prior companies have used other versions of ADP and also Intuit. I find that ADP Workforce is the most robust and easy to use. It has all the features that I need.

It's easy to access payroll any time anywhere for employees. It makes it easy to make changes and see history. This is especially helpful for contract employees where pay and benefits are not consistent paycheck to paycheck, or even if you make a change and want to see the impact. The detail is easy to read and understand.
