Overall Satisfaction with Baidu WiFi Hotspot

We use the Baidu WiFi Hotspot software to conveniently turn any windows computer into a wifi hotspot and easily share the internet connection with other devices when necessary. We normally use it when the wifi router fails and we need a backup solution in the meantime to stay connected to the net.
  • Users management.
  • Great optimization with older hardware.
  • Easy to use.
  • Connection can fail sometimes.
  • Slow transfer speeds.
  • Getting customer support from the app does not work.
  • How lightweight the software is.
  • The ability to block users to the hotspot.
  • Transfer of files between devices.
  • We stay in business when wifi is not an option.
  • It alleviates the fact that we have thick walls and wifi can't reach most places.
  • We are able to stay connected and never miss an email.
We use Baidu WiFi Hotspot when we are unable to afford other paid alternatives. We use it as a quick solution for when we are unable to connect to wifi. Purple WiFi does have more features for monitoring the users in real time but it can be more expensive than Baidu's offering.

The Baidu WiFi Hotspot software is well suited for scenarios where your wireless devices are unable to connect to the wifi router but you have computers connected through Ethernet cable. In these situations, you can share the connection between these computers with those that do not have ethernet ports and rely solely on wifi.
