Overall Satisfaction with Goodworld

We needed a product for our day-to-day donations and the ability to be set up for ticket sales for events. Goodworld had all these options and was easy to use, and gave a professional look at the event being set up.

We were not pleased with the customer support and ease of setting up events with Click and Pledge. Our donors are often called to make donations over the phone rather than use the C&P platform.
