Overall Satisfaction with IBM Maximo

Essential tool for ticketing purposes. gives you the ease of access to use this tool. able to generate reports and provides many features and customization as per requirement.
  • Able to track, create, modify, close, resolve tickets
  • multiple tickets can be assigned at a time, able to link tickets to one another.
  • To track and manage work orders, manpower, and maintenance costs
  • nothing much to dislike about this product
  • Training and experience to use to it's full potential
  • Interface is not very friendly for user, in my opinion.
  • Highly customizable.
  • Runs in a virtual environment
  • You can track and analyze a lot of data with one program.
  • Need multiple IT developers and DBA's to run the software at an enterprise level.
  • We use it for logging and taking repair work orders, handling of parts orders, and fulfillment and job scheduling.
  • The desktop version is very easy to use
