Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
I've been on several teams with the company, and we used it for various reasons. As far as keeping track of. Various metrics related to operations. Within Southwest University, we're also using it to develop solutions to support our different business teams, particularly as it pertains to developing learning solutions within the university, as well as helping with project management initiatives.
Pros
- One of the things we rely on is that it's really easy to go from concept to developed solution. You can build solutions collaboratively with the customers. That's one thing we're doing.
- And I think as far as, uh, giving you the insight as far as visuals and graphics, we're leveraging a lot of ours, the dashboards that they've created.
- And lastly, the automation with pipelines. That has been tremendous with automating a lot of repetitive tasks.
Cons
- Making mobile experience better
- Improve embedded form support with iframes
- Better Pricing for small startups.
- More responsive mobile forms
- Time savings
- Cost savings
- Automation
Excel required more manual updating to keep data synchronized. Users often emailed copies of spreadsheets that were outdated almost as soon as they were received. We had less control over how the data was inputted in the spreadsheets while Quickbase allows us to customize form rules based on the required functionality.
