Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We us SAP S/4HANA Cloud as our ERP system company wide. We use it to store data, report from, and manage all of our company data. We have locations nationwide and multiple business units to manage and SAP handles it all with ease.

Pros and Cons

In is incredibly reliable.
It gives us the ability to report out very quickly and efficiently.
Flexibility of use is greater than the R3 system.

Cost can be somewhat prohibitive
Migrating to S/4HANA can be time consuming

Greatly improved efficiency for analysis and reporting
Greater user access through web interface
Better integration with other software

Usability

The IDE for S/4 HANA is incredibly easy to use and always available. It is also much more user friendly than the old R3 system was.

After moving to S/4HANA, our ability to output data increased dramatically. Integration with other analysis software is much more common than before. We now have much greater ability to access raw data and report out than ever before.
