Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
UKG Pro [(formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is used across the whole organization. It addresses many process. We use UKG for HRIS, Talent Management, Benefits Administration, Payroll Processing, Time and Attendance, Recruiting and Onboarding, Compliance and Reporting.

- BI Reports could be more user friendly to build from scratch.
- Open Enrollment Reports could be more inclusive to include the past elections and new elections summary and if they were declined all together.
- UKG Case Management Notifications are not always sent out to users.
- Past OE Sessions need a closed button and should be able to make changes once closed.
- Cost/time saving.
- Ability to manage all HR activities under one platform.
- Ability to maintain local, state, and federal compliance.
We have been able to centralize forms under people assist, like flexible work arrangement forms, COVID related compliance, etc.

UKG Pro [(formerly Ultimate Software UltiPro)] is more user friendly, has a easier interface, more features, better compliance.

I'm not sure of the classification of what we have.
Yes - No, there have been times where there was a known bug via email communication from UKG. Once I reported the effects to our environment, several support representatives were unaware of the bug or a solution. I've sat on multiple calls for long hours only to find the troubleshooting done did not clear the issue.
Yes, anytime I speak to Andrew Evans and when going through PPACA and People Assist. Every specialist was well knowledgeable and provided exceptional and timely service to me.
