Overall Satisfaction with UKG Pro
I use the Recruiting and Onboarding sections the most, but I also have some use of BI, User Administration, and pretty regular use of Standard Reports as well. As an organization we utilize the platform for benefits, time management, payroll, recruiting and onboarding, BI, and reporting. I am not involved in payroll and time management. We also use UKG Pro Learning for our organizational online training needs.

Cons
- Speed/timeliness of support case requests.
- Performance management could be improved to compete with other PM software products.
- It's hard to find training for people who aren't already well-versed using BI. It seems like when I try to attend live webinars of BI training they're for people who are already very comfortable using it and I need a more basic starter to get more familiar with the navigation.
- The ability to manage HR functions in one platform provides a seamless work experience for HR and all other employees. Nobody likes having to log in to more programs than are necessary.
- Having an LMS built into a platform, everyone is already familiar with gives us an extensive training library to further our employees' learning objectives.
- Easy integration with multiple job boards gives us a far reach for finding applicants for open positions.
Recruiting and onboarding are centralized in UKG Pro. This helps with our EEO-1 and affirmative action reporting because the data already exists within the platform when we need to pull it. We don't use any other recruiting source, so we're not left compiling data from external sources to include in our reports.
Recently we found that UKG Pro was mobile browser friendly enough that several managers who were at an all-day leadership training were still able to log in and approve time sheets for their teams. This was about 25 managers who all needed to approve timesheets for payroll, and those who needed to were able to log in on a mobile browser and approve time.
