    I think ActiveCampaign is very useful for setting up newsletters, forms, and automated responses that are nicely branded, with good functionality. It's also useful if you are starting small and want something both inexpensive to get started but also very scaleable as you grow. Do use the double security because I got a lot of spam through forms, even with a captcha.

    When users engage with our website and request any information, it immediately notifies them. Large numbers of workloads and customer data can be stored in the secure database that is offered. The sales and marketing team can enhance and better understand customer difficulties thanks to data insights obtained from our marketing websites. When we encounter a difficulty, the SAP customer care team is there to support us and responds quickly when assistance is required.

    • Contact management is robust and reliable, and provides all the capabilities I was looking for.
    • Marketing automation takes a little figuring out, but it's easy to learn and easy to use.
    • Deals are highly customizable and incredibly easy to use. I love that you can use it to create all kinds of workflows, not just sales pipelines.
    • Training videos and webinars are top notch. I've learned a lot from them and always appreciate the email notifications when a new video/webinar is available.

    • The email designing part could be easier to use. There are certain simple shortcuts that don't work, for example, adding links is more complicated than it should be, moving blocks around is hard, etc.
    • There's no good way to filter by 'active' and 'inactive' subscribers when editing en-mass.
    • I'd like more reporting data on one page.

      I know what SAP CRM can do in the future. We are very happy with the product and think it is a great choice for both SAP ERP users and even those who do not use other SAP products. We have both Salesforce and SAP CRM, and we feel that Salesforce is a good product for a few years, but SAP CRM is a more fully-featured product and is a better choice for complex organizations capable of running installed software of this complexity. It is often just a question of budget.

Their support team through LIVE CHAT has been extremely fast and helpful. The monthly meetings provided with the enablement team has helped us through several large and urgent needs.

      Reliability and Availability

      I haven't experienced application errors or unplanned outages at all. Active Campaign is ultra reliable and I would not be using them if that were the case. Also, the helpful emails they send are welcomed and informative, and present very practical tips and guidance for using the platform. They're always demonstrating new features and I'm thankful for that.

      Oh my gosh, Active Campaign's performance gets an A+++ in my book. The pages load quickly and so do the reports. I haven't noticed any slowdowns when it's integrating with other programs and it performs excellently on all levels.

      This might be the best part. The chat support lady offered to make a video to help me solve my problem. I worked in customer service for years and I've never done that, lol. So, if they're offering things like that, I can only imagine that they'd be able to handle most any issue you throw at them.

      SAP's customer service is quick and efficient, with a response time of fewer than some minutes. In either case, you'll get instant help from the vendor or online forums. In addition, the vendor provides excellent global support for this tool. Like Salesforce, SugarCRM, etc., it's probably fine as a standalone CRM option.

      I felt like ActiveCampaign had the most features for the value I was expecting. I looked at other reviews just like this to see whether it would meet my needs. I also considered price. As a startup, I wanted to make sure I could have a platform that could grow to what I needed it to be without paying too much at the beginning.

      The main reason we decided to change the service is that the one we had previously had flaws in some of its functionalities such as sending email marketing and that is why we decided to make a change and adopt a new service to eliminate any persistent problems. Before acquiring "SAP CRM", we first evaluated all its functionalities and it seemed like a very good alternative since it has everything we need to address various job roles within our company.

      My web designer told me about Active Campaign and although I don't recall which platform I had before, I LOVE Active Campaign and its user friendliness. The transition was seamless and I've never had a problem with functionality or server failure.
      Active Campaign provides so many features, and makes it easy for non-techies to maneuver around the site with ease. They capture information and put it in an easy-to-read format.
      At this point, I don't think I'd ever use any other platform!

      The biggest plus point with SAP Sales cloud is that it is accessible irrespective of the geography and devices and other such complexities. One can monitor their processes from anywhere which makes it ideal for large organizations that are looking for innovative on cloud solutions. It certainly saves major costs and results in smooth transfer of information which gives agility to the entire process.

      • ActiveCampaign saved us thousands of dollars over our previous CRM platform.
      • We are able to track leads through the sales pipeline, seeing exactly how much our efforts are bringing in.
      • We are able to provide better customer service by quickly responding to forms completed on our website no matter the time/day.
      • We can run reports to find areas we may be deficient in marketing or sales, and also see our strengths, which is important to our C Suite.
      • ActiveCampaign Automations save us a significant amount of time.
