Overall Satisfaction with ActiveCampaign
We use ActiveCampaign across every division of Catalyst Resource Group, including our Movie Division as well as our non-profit. It has been THE answer to our automation and e-mail marketing needs. We have hundreds of thousands of contacts we manage on a daily basis. AC allows us to easily and effectively communicate with them and drive to different projects.
Pros
- Automation - simple automation system makes it easy to set up our drip campaigns
- CRM - with the ability to create custom fields and forms, it has handled our massive load of contacts without a problem
- Support - wonderful LIVE CHAT function gets answers quickly AND their enablement team we meet with each month helps us to use AC with its full power.
- Easy To Use - AC has been the easiest software we have ever used. They even have great training modules provided.
- Perfect tool for the full customer cycle - acquire new leads, drip campaigns, sales
Cons
- ActiveCampaign has some great design elements but would like to see more. The available fonts are limited, email styling is limited.
- Text Message integration. AC does have some but would be good to be able to do more with it.
- Our email deliverability has greatly increased.
- Our interaction with contacts has never been better.
- Keap (formerly Infusionsoft)
We are certainly not the first ones that started calling Infusionsoft... Confusionsoft! They had some great features but the learning curve was steep. ActiveCampaign has been a huge breath of fresh air. Easy to use, easy to understand, and their support has been really strong when any issue has arisen.

We did not purchase any premium support. We have simply used the support given with our account. Their Live Chat support has proven to be one of the most valuable assets for us. The monthly meetings we can have with the enablement team has helped us feel secure about big automations we have built.
Yes - Just once. Are landing pages editor was showing in Portuguese once. Not sure what that was, but their tech team was on it quickly.
I was building an automation around an online LIVE event and needed help. The enablement team went through every single step of the automation I built and helped me understand better ways to make sure every contact went down the correct funnel/pipeline. Saved my butt more than once :-).
