Aralco Inventory Management is well suited for a retail operation with one or two locations that is expanding to 5+. At that point, there is small enough start-up costs and significant benefits available for this software to assist a company with the inventory and POS challenges associated with rapid growth. Aralco Inventory Management is also particularly helpful for retail companies that have complicated sales orders or a sales fulfillment time that is longer than a day or a week.

For any retail store that needs to sync their inventory with other platforms, or that needs to sell brick & mortar AND online, Vend works great. They have their own e-commerce option for those starting fresh.
For those selling subscriptions, packages, tickets, or other non-retail items, there are more specific products available on the market.

Vend is much more capable than Square POS for product management and inventory control. ShopKeep is fairly similar to Vend but is a more closed ecosystem with fewer third-party integrations and less frequent updates.

  • Correct inventory levels has been a game-changer. We use to oversell because of inconsistencies between POS and e-commerce sales.
