Bloomreach pricing is quote-based. Bloomreach pricing is customized to the number of customers served, product catalog size, and the number of events executed – such as how many emails or SMS messages are sent.
It was not my direct decision but rather a business one, but I can say that compared to Klaviyo, Bloomreach makes it much easier to manage multi-language campaigns.
Back then it was more advanced solution than Emarsys and far more cheaper and easier to work on that Salesforce offers. Basically, what I understood then, We would need to buy 2 different solution from salesforce to be comparable to bloomreach.
Bloomreach is the first true CDP that integrates all customer data that I have used, but previously I have used other CRM/email marketing tools as outlined above. We chose Bloomreach because of its ability to work with so much complex offline data, and the ability to create …
Not just an email platform. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization offer much much more in terms of how to target customers both on and offline. With endless ways to set up customer journeys and serve to customers. Making it a crucial part of our business and how …
Bloomreach has been around in this company since 2016 and will still be. It has become the core concept repository / library. Other alternatives that have been considered in the part were discarded because with our current platform we have quick delivery, good performance and a …
Bloomreach has it all in one package - and for retailers with many products and many markets you'll find that Bloomreach makes it easy to get an overview over performance for each country, and the email editor is a great tool for multi-language customers. Especially the newest …
We selected Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization because it offers a powerful combination of automation, personalisation and analytics all within one platform.
Each one has its good and bad things. The change to Bloomreach was made because of its supposed ease of use in our case and it has been a success, but it is not perfect for us since for that something very specific would be necessary, as if you were ours.
From working almost 4 years with Klaviyo we started noticing many discrepancies on the analytics side, and also on the user experience we were providing with the product recommendations that did not performed the way we expected. Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for …
Bloomreach is a step above the other CRM tools I have experienced. The amount of customization at your fingertips feels limitless. The trade-off is the gradual learning curve. This is not an entry-level tool — It takes some time to learn how to get what you want out of it.
Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization is doing a lot of great work with GenAI and ML Model development which is something very special in a CDP offering. It also does marketing automation and A/b testing which lot of vendors have their own instead of having all …
The combination of af Marketing Automation tool and a Customer Data Platform in one was a great reason for choosing Bloomreach instead of splitting these into separate systems.
Ecwid stacks up extremely well compared to the other products I’ve listed. Sure, there any some instances in which the other products may be better suited due to their very high level of customization. However, for the average business, Ecwid will not only meet their …
Ecwid gives me the time to put together your business in layers before releasing it to mainstream. Support is always available to assist in product alignment with regions and allowed to match flight zones and legal interface would be good to simplify the type of product that …
We began our journey using Squarespace and Square exclusively, then ran into complications. A fellow small business owner recommended Ecwid (she had experienced similar issues with Squarespace) and we quickly made the swap/integration and have never regretted it. We've …
WordPress had a more complex process of setting up a storefront, and a more expense solution at the end of the day to get my small business online presence out there.
Ecwid is much more intuitive than Shopify and offers enough flexibility that you don't need a myriad of 3rd party add-ons. Super fast to start up. More offerings of payment processors. An easy way to try out a solution before being charged after a 14 day period.
Ecwid was promoted via our appointed developer. It was not our first choice. The back end system works well and is easy to navigate and understand. Although we opted to use WooCommerce because of the flexibility it offers.
We sell a product that requires certain controls to sell and most of the companies we researched had specific policies preventing us from selling on their platform. We aren't selling anything dangerous, they are parts of ammunition (the shell casings) and not entire ammunition …
It is right in line with Insightly. Salesforce has more integrations and it is easy to call in for help solutions. This is more self taught and working to build your own system that is best for your company's needs. Very good CRM for the price. Easy to follow instructions and …
MS Dynamics was easy to integrate to MS Power BI. This BI and reporting aspect is a clear strong point for Microsoft. MS solutions seem easier to integrate and learn, but this depends on the IT landscape and the complexity of integrations in a respective company.
Oracle CRM is much more robust with more functionality. The UI is visually appealing and it is more user friendly. Siebel is more budget friendly and more of a bare bones CRM.
Oracle CRM is popular and integrates well with other Oracle family software hence improving its usage and productivity in your company. The software is also easy to deploy, install and use in your company and further fits in all organizations whether small or big. It's also one …
Oracle CRM comes in various subscription plans that are lowly priced and one chooses their preferred plan based on the cost incurred and the size of your company. On top of that, Oracle CRM offers a free trial to new customers where they can acquire the software and use to …
Oracle on demand is customizable and I can configure to meet the complex of customers unique needs. Compared to other software similar to Oracle On Demand it is seamless and very stable with regular maintenance.
Salesforce does not have the same level of user friendliness or organization that Oracle CRM does. Oracle CRM has much more flexibility and allows for more freedom in reporting and displaying sales data.
We went with Oracle CRM since we had already bought into the Oracle ERP suite. It stacks up well against most alternative software solutions in its similar category.
It is easily integrated. Because of this we are able to adapt to this program quickly since it is connected to our other CRM. Ultimately, it is about having a proper way to track our customers to service all of their needs. This creates an organized approach and can be custom …
Oracle app is more available on different mobile devices, Microsoft Dynamics has only Windows and Android but Oracle has both web-based, Mac, IOS. Social CRM feature is another one that Microsoft Dynamics doesn't provide. On the other hand, Microsoft Dynamics provides offline …
They've just been a great partner to work with. They put forth 100% when bringing platforms to the merchant and were highly prepared and knowledgeable during the sales cycle and implementation, and remained very connected post-implementation to ensure client success with the platform. Their CEO is always eager to sit down, talk shop, and listen to clients' needs, and you can tell from his enthusiasm that he cares about making this company the best in class.
[Ecwid is] very well suited for small businesses. Extremely flexible and easy to manage from my mobile device. Extremely easy to use. When I finally discovered Ecwid, I was shocked that I hadn't heard more about it or that it had become more popular than Shopify. I think it is far superior to Shopify.
I think it is well suited for organizations which are large with a lot of users so as to be able to minimize the cost of operations. Also, the organization which interacts mostly with customers can use Oracle CRM on demand.
The product recommendations engine allows for us to create a personalised experience for every customer across the 3m emails we send each month. This ensure that our customers remain connected to our brand.
The customer data platform attached to Bloomreach Composable Personalization Cloud provides an all-in-one solution for our business intelligence needs. Allowing up-to-date purchasing, behaviour, and engagement reporting from our email to website activity.
The ability to integrate with Meta and other paid ad formats allows for us to create a connected omnichannel experience for users, ensuring we are providing the right message, to the right person, at the right time, in the right place.
Clarity - there has been very little confusion and need to reach out to Customer Support for help
Consistency - no big, crazy updates or changes have been made to the format of Ecwid during my time using it, so I know when I log in to preform my business tasks I can always locate what I need and accomplish what is at hand easily
Simplicity - everything is so clear and straightforward. It's like e-commerce for dummies.
Application customization is a key strength. We can create custom home page experiences for each type of user, customize object layouts to change dynamically depending on object type, and create an embedded sales process unique to our organization that helps facilitate the user through the process by specifying required fields dependent on what stage of the process they are in. The ability to customize goes directly to the success of user adoption - the fact that we can customize layouts and processes to support our internal business processes helps users make the most of the system.
Robust Reporting. The reporting and data warehouse capabilities are excellent. We have thousands of custom reports delivered in a number of ways - on home pages, on dashboards, on demand through the reporting menu, and on custom web tabs. These reports range from simple lists to complex multi-object analyses.
Ability to get data in and get data out. CRMOD makes it very easy to import data into any object. This is helpful for importing lists or making mass changes. Exporting data is equally easy, both from an administrator standpoint and for the user. Users can display a list or do a custom advanced search and then easily export the data to Excel without any admin help. They can also export from any report, which is helpful when sales data needs to be combined with other financial data in a larger analysis.
The system's workflow capabilities allow us to improve field validation, send important notifications, and enforce business process requirements.
In my experience, there is an issue with Ecwid's ability to enable customization of our specific Shipping requirements. In South Africa, we have to be very mindful of the associated costs for online shoppers. We cannot do the required level of customization in Ecwid that we need to offer potential clients the best service and online shopping experience.
The available store front design templates are very limited.
I have had to move to another platform that will allow for customization of the shipping process together with our integrated shipping partner company in South Africa. (MDS Collivery).
A scripting mechanism is needed to customize the data entry forms. As any data driven system, Oracle CRM on demand is as reliable as its data is. Having sales people entering and maintaining the data you have to make sure they are doing that and not cutting corners. One way to do that is to enforce the business requirements in the entry forms.
User interface / user experience definitely can and should be improved.
It needs a way to send automatic reports on a schedule via email.
Support: as usual the Oracle support tends to be tedious and lengthy.
So far, Hippo is our ideal tool given its use of open standards which helps us to have a clear overview of what's coming next in the future Hippo releases. We are very confident in the future-readiness of the product
The value given by Ecwid is unmatched. When combined with the ease of use of the product, it is a no-brainer to continue to use the product. The only thing that could cause us to switch is if some feature we needed which is not available which is unlikely based on the feature list we reviewed when making the decision to go with them.
In my time working with Bloomreach Commerce Experience Cloud, I always liked to work with it. It is crucial that you get support from experts from the beginning to show you how to work with the vast amount of options and activities to choose from. The learning curve is also well-rounded because of its user-friendly interface and highly skilled customer support.
So easy to use. Nice aesthetics and very intuitive. This was key to starting up quickly. I could find everything easily and it had enough customization options, but not too many. Was able to use much of the standard offerings to customize to my rental business, instead of having to subscribe to expensive rental management software.
Compared to other competitors I find it very easy to use and learn .It has been helpful in our organisation and we have been able to manage our projects and operations well without interference.
The platform is generally reliable - major outages are rare and most day-to-day campaign operations run without interruption. Where it dips: occasional slowdowns in the analytics dashboard during peak loads, and sometimes scenario executions get delayed without clear explanation. The real-time event processing is mostly solids. Overall uptime is strong - it is not something that keeps me up at night, but it is not flawless either.
ten out of ten, Bloomreach has revolutionised our marketing capabilities. It has allowed us to get real time data insights from our customers, and then put these into action. Previously it would be a very time consuming and slow process for us to get any sort of campaign out but not anymore, this has lead to increased conversions and revenue
The project team consistently delivers excellent collaboration and is always available whenever assistance is needed. Their responsiveness and commitment make working together smooth and efficient. Bloomreach support, which is included for free in the platform, can also be quite useful, especially for quick clarifications. However, the quality and speed of their responses can sometimes vary, depending on the issue.
I have always received the support I need in a timely manner. I enjoy receiving emails every week on trending business topics and new suggestions. They often serve as a reminder for me to include new e-commerce tools into our strategy. And I've always had great experiences with reaching out to the support team with specific questions.
Bloomreach is the first true CDP that integrates all customer data that I have used, but previously I have used other CRM/email marketing tools as outlined above. We chose Bloomreach because of its ability to work with so much complex offline data, and the ability to create personalised scenarios based on very specific business needs. This is something none of the other tools could do nearly as well as Bloomreach.
We began our journey using Squarespace and Square exclusively, then ran into complications. A fellow small business owner recommended Ecwid (she had experienced similar issues with Squarespace) and we quickly made the swap/integration and have never regretted it. We've considered transitioning our website from Squarespace to Shopify, but need Ecwid to continue to be operational regardless.
MS Dynamics was easy to integrate to MS Power BI. This BI and reporting aspect is a clear strong point for Microsoft. MS solutions seem easier to integrate and learn, but this depends on the IT landscape and the complexity of integrations in a respective company.
there is an option of multiple projects per organisation, customers and assets can be copied across. Multiple sites can be managed in one project, different activities organized under initiatives. Splitting work into sensible units is therefore well possible. The billing is based on number of tracked and number of stored events, no package-based deals. It should therefore be well scalable from a small e-store to a large corporation.
Ecwid has positively impacted our ROI because it provides a very secure platform which allows us to easily certify our PCI Compliance requirements as they are a Tier 1 PCI Certified company so we can be confident they have the right security systems in place which is important to our customers.
Much easier for us to track sales leads as we have had almost universal adoption and continued user interaction with the program as opposed to our previous tool, Salesforce. CRM has likely cut back on many hours of calls and check-ups with its easy to use system.
Customer feedback has been much improved as we are able to track any areas that need additional focus and address them immediately.
