EveryoneSocial vs. PunchTab (Discontinued)

It is our duty to distribute different content to our departments. It was hard to have control over every post on our different platforms. With EveryoneSocial, we have been able to even add social platforms where we did not have a presence before. With EveryoneSocial, we have had a better understanding of our target.

• Getting results on reports is a lot easier and practical.
• The scheduling capabilities make it better to post throughout the day.
• After implementing this software in the company the sales have increased periodically.

• Ease of use - we can create a new campaign in under ten minutes
• Customer support - we've never had an issue go unanswered for more than an hour

• Leaderboards: I think it's great to have one, it's a strong motivator, but to my knowledge, there's no room for customizations/separate leaderboards the way there is for the different content streams. Seems like a no-brainer that each content stream/group should have its own leaderboard. With one general leaderboard, I've seen it actually discourage people from participating, b/c they see Joe Smith with over a thousand shares, etc. and feel like they'll never catch up, so why bother. Separate, customized leaderboards would be a right direction for this product. This is really one of the only areas I think this tool is really lacking in.

• Limited ability to add custom data collection fields

I gave it this rating because it is easy to use, creates positive competition between employees about who can have the most impact on the brand, engages others in a way we have not yet been able to duplicate and is very simple.

Until something better comes along, Punchtab is the best there is. Support has been great, pricing is great and the product fulfills our needs

Extremely fast support from a knowledgeable team

Nothing more required than signing up and authenticating with Facebook/Twitter

I consider that EveryoneSocial stacks up against other platforms since it has more complete and useful tools that we can use to acquire better results in productivity and time management. As well, it has been a very user-friendly platform. It was a smooth transition that worked for the best of everyone.

Rafflecopter, Woobox - Punchtab offered powerful custom features, and allows us to run a variety of campaigns across multiple platforms

• An average campaign generates around 2500-5000 new followers on our channels with a very minimal investment.
