Google Meet, formerly Hangouts Meet, replaces the former Google Hangouts as the company's G Suite integrated web conferencing tool, allowing users to join meetings directly from a Calendar event or email invite from a computer, phone, or conference room. G Suite's Enterprise edition also creates a dial-in phone number for each meeting, as an additional convenience.

Considered Multiple Products
Google Meet
Chose Google Meet
Similar to Google Meet, as I said, Teams — I use Zoom, I use… I’m not a fan of Zoom, although it’s cool, really cool. I find Google Meet easy, but Teams, I would say, has many more features than Google Meet. So these are the three platforms I usually work with.
Chose Google Meet
Zoom can be defined as a much easier , advanced and accessible version of the Google meet with multiple features such as selective chat enable , polls , emoticons , real time liveboard and calendly integration as well

Each product has its own pros and cons for example we cannot use the previously mentioned product for quick meetings because it's a bit complicated than Google hangout means so we tend to rely on each product depending on the scenario/condition that we will be facing, for …

Chose Google Meet
The decision was easy to make, although Google Hangouts Meet, Skype and Zoom met the initial objective, we were inclined to choose Google Hangouts Meet because it not only does a much better job, it is easy to use, it's secure, and guarantees confidentiality in all connections, …
Chose Google Meet
Well we switched from Zoom because of paying issue. While Google Hangouts Meet is almost free there zoom needs extra charge to long meetings. And Zoom couldn’t meet up our common interests while meeting with foreign clients always. Performing Zoom meetings with phone isn’t …
Chose Google Meet
The price will always stand out, as it's cheaper than the other software out there for small meetings (less than 100 participants).
The connection to the servers is great as expected
The features are not really the best of Google Hangouts Meet for teaching kinesthetic learners, …
Chose Google Meet
The user interface of Google Hangouts Meet is very simple among all of the similar tools.
There is some lack of functionality in Google Hangout Meet as compare to Zoom like one-one chatting, screen access.
We require just a few clicks to join or start meeting, where other tool …

As stated before we prefer Zoom. It has more features and our staff has simply grown used to Zoom and prefers this platform. Zoom continues to innovate almost every month. Our Zoom rep is very good and responsive. We tested Google Hangouts Meet after using Zoom and decided to …

Chose Google Meet
Our firm's requirements matches the features and plans of Google Hangouts Meet. In fact, Zoom has more capability but we are a small team so Google Meet is our best option. We still use Zoom for webinars where there will be around 100 attendees and 2/3 speakers. For the day to …
Chose Google Meet
All of the above perform about the same. I would probably say that the audio and the video quality is probably superior to the other apps. Also, integration with other social media platforms is superior.
Chose Google Meet
I think it is the best option, personally. Zoom is a little more well known, I think but Google Hangouts Meet is so much more user friendly. As a company, we used to use Join.me, and I feel like it was glitchy and complicated to get clients on the platform. Google Hangouts Meet …
Chose Google Meet
Google Meet is about the same level of convenience and I use it like Skype and BlueJeans for my needs and my subscription levels. Zoom and Microsoft Teams (which we subscribe to as well) have much better features for our educational use cases like classrooms.
UserTesting
Chose UserTesting
UserTesting has a robust panel, and ease of setting up tasks. Lookback was particularly helpful to set up observation sessions and note taking.
Chose UserTesting
Qualtrics is less organized when it comes to creating tests. I don't believe they have a userbase to send tests off to... I usually have to create a test and send the links off myself to a group of testers I've reached out to or advertised to myself. In that sense, it's a lot …

I prefer Zoom as AI Companion is included at no extra cost, therefore can be used at a larger scale by the organization.
Chose Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace has more features but the fact I need a paid plan for recording and or 1 hour meetings vs Meet being included in my Zoom Workplace plan
Chose Zoom Workplace
Zoom Workplace is more of robust program, however I have found the alternatives to be good as well at no or much less of a cost.
Chose Zoom Workplace
Again, I think Zoom is easier to use, offers more features, and has much better video and audio quality than its competitors. We were able to consolidate tools with Zoom and remain in compliance with our internal security policies. It is also just super easy to use.
Chose Zoom Workplace
Zoom is the mothership of all meeting products. It has stood the test of time through Covid, and all the other platforms are constantly playing catch-up, with features like backgrounds, filters, audio settings, captions, and transcripts. It's great to be able to move camera …

Ultimately it comes down to Zoom Workplace being more intuitive, the layout of the various buttons such as chat, sharing screen etc
Chose Zoom Workplace
I did not choose Zoom Workplace, my company did.
Chose Zoom Workplace
I wasn't involved in the decision. Overall, I find the user interface better than the alternatives, and the video quality better. I haven't reviewed the differences between platforms in a while. I've personally been a Zoom Workplace user since 2016.

If you have a small team, use Google Meet. If you want to have a weekly check-up, use Google Meet. If you want to do a small hosting of conferences — kind of like a webinar, I would say to be very specific — Google Meet is really, really good. So that’s what my recommendations are.

UserTesting
UserTesting has been great for moderated customer interviews/usability testing as well as for unmoderated testing of messaging, imagery, prototypes and live experiences. I would say that the scope of what you want needs to be limited, as the participants are only paid so much and tests are supposed to not exceed a certain amount of time. For customer interviews, I think it can be difficult to onboard customers to UserTesting if they have never used it before. If I set up interviews, I don't even have them use the UserTesting scheduling tool, I actually set up all the interviews with the customers myself through the tool (being mindful of time zones!). When we run the meeting, they really don't even know UserTesting is involved. Might be nice for UserTesting to allow the upload/connecting to of a Zoom interview and let it do the transcription/analysis from there.

Cons
Google
  • One of the challenges that I see is that whenever we have in a meeting, we won't be able to drop some of the documents that we have. That's one of the big challenges which I see in Google Meet. At that point of time, we either have to Slack or we have to share an email. We cannot do that, like sending that particular document in the Google meet chat.

UserTesting
  • Sometimes there are restrictions around types of research that can be used for moderated user-testing with our own users.
  • For tests on relatively small areas of a website or app, the AI analysis seems rather overblown, like it's trying too hard to come up with something insightful when the test is actually about something quite small (e.g. structure of a mobile app menu).
  • It's difficult to invite our own users to unmoderated user-testing because they wouldn't know how the UserTesting interface works - this is particularly an issue for mobile research.

I'm very happy with my experience of the product and the level of service and learning resources they provide. Zoom has among the best performance of any video conference platform, as I've mentioned several times. Besides that, their Chat platform works great, and their back end always runs smooth. It's unfortunate that reporting can now only be done by one month at a time, but nonetheless, it only takes a second to run any kind of Zoom report, whether it's an attendee report, Poll results, a user report, a list of meetings from the past month, etc.

Teams do not stack up to Zoom at all. My clients use Teamas because it is a corporate policy, and they use it most of the time between employees of the same company. It makes sense for this, NOT for me. Every time a Teams meeting is launched, since I am not part of this company, the meeting is laborious, the interface is not as nice as Zoom's, sharing documents is more difficult, etc., etc. Zoom is superior to Teams in every way!!!

The billing and price model is really fair for so many functions that they offer, our remote work requires each of the features that Zoom offers, so accepting payment for a tool like this is the least we can do. Because the Basic licenses are completely free, and because it's very easy to configure and install Zoom, and because anyone can join Zoom from a link without needing an account, scaling is a Breeze. • We are still early in our adoption of Zoom Workplace for business, so we don't really have any data to show cost savings.
  • The ability to take a call summary or meeting summary and add it to our practice management system have been remarkable. It's a quick copy/paste and it's in the system. Prior to this, we would have to scan in notes and save them into the system, if it even got that far. Mostly, attorneys would be searching through legal pads for the notes of a previous meeting or phone call.
