Microsoft Teams is far superior for the ease of use and meeting audio/video quality, however, GoToConnect is much more cost-effective, I doubt I could get those same features for the same price with Microsoft's ecosystem.

GoTo Connect serves the needs of medium-sized organizations like ours better than MS Teams. Its User Interface and call connectivity feel better than that of MS Teams. GoTo Connect was a better fit for our specific business needs, offering the right combination of telephony …
GoTo Connect came from an old system called Jive. The online PBX is one of the best I have used due to is ease of setup and configuration. GoTo Connect is a setup above the rest in this aspect.

I find both of these options more modern and easier to use. These options also integrate more easily into our urrent workflow and provide more timely updates. These options feel like they are focused on being able to integrate into smaller organizations an not as focused on …
It is similar. If GoTo Connect can give admin access to check phone messages of employees out of the office without needing a password it would make it much better. Also, if meetings can be accessed by the participant without downloading anything it would surpass zoom usage.
For our purposes and past experience, Zoom and Airmeet were ok but not flexible enough at the time we used or needed them. Teams are pretty good, but while they may excel at videoconferencing, in my opinion, because they're a Microsoft product and massively known, their …
GoTo Connect has always been the biggest and most reliable company in my experience. I didn't use another program but with GoTo Connect with their massive IP, I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. I knew they would be a reliable company given the overall size of the …
Microsoft Teams edges above the conferencing competition by allowing file collaboration and ongoing group chats with coworkers. We selected Microsoft Teams for all our video & audio conference calls for it's ability to integrate with our Outlook client and make it easy for …
