Data Augmentation & Lead Qualification
Comparison of Data Augmentation & Lead Qualification features of Product A and Product B
Heyflow is very well suited for creating landing pages or simple forms for recruiting employees. It's also excellent as an order form for generating leads. However, it's not suitable for surveys or appointment requests. Furthermore, it's very easy to use, even for users with no prior experience in this area.
As I said previously, I was not a fan at the beginning because, like everyone, I don't take change so well. Once I started following leads through HubSpot Marketing Hub, I integrated it with my email and created templates for what I needed, I started to see the positives immediately. My time working was better spent as I eliminated time put in routine tasks. I was able to track all communication in HubSpot Marketing Hub, we created systems in the office assigning tasks to one another and, through HubSpot Marketing Hub, our leads were able to book meetings in my calendar automatically. To be honest, if you are in sales and marketing, I cannot think of scenarios where HubSpot Marketing Hub cannot help. All I would like to say is, when using templates, pay attention to where you send them - you may need some personalization. I would encourage the management of HubSpot Marketing Hub to create short tutorials for beginners like me who need to configure and start using various features: setting up deals, templates, and dashboards.
SalesIntel is well suited for those times when you have not been able to reach the DM through the normal channels. SI will often include personal email addresses as well as direct line or mobile phone numbers. The platform also provides information and other pertinent press releases and updates. Such as, new funding, potential mergers, and other relevant company announcements
Restricted webhook functionality, wed like to be able to map fields without having to post the full request and change the receiving webhook our end to cater to Heyflow
a/b testing, not being able to 'keep' older variants which we may want to retest later
little things like we only do uk market so all phone numbers start with 01 or 07 so we want to have a placeholder example thats familiar to the user eg 07766554433 but the system is restricted to +447766554433 which is a conversion factor for us
While Hubspot has added some collaborative tools, I think this could improve. I'd like to see more options to comment on emails and ways of being able to share out changes as well as approval channels.
The ability to update ads via the calendar is pretty cumbersome. There's no good way to bulk edit or update. You have go into each one individually.
Real time edits would be nice. If you have multiple people working on the same thing, you'll get kicked out and your changes might not be saved.
I have found contact information that was inaccurate. Since the information is human verified, there should be some type of on-going audit to catch those.
It would be nice to have some type of rating system along with the human verified options for the information. Perhaps a 5 star rating that aligns with how recent the info has been verified.
it would be nice to have the option to upload my current CRM list for SalesIntel to verify my list is accurate.
Our business relies on the HubSpot platform to manage our marketing, sales and CRM processes. HubSpot marketing automation helps us define our activities and streamlines them in a cohesive and efficient way. Without HubSpot, we will have to revert to the 'old way' of doing everything with a variety of disparate systems.
Heyflow is very user-friendly and intuitive, especially for non-technical users. The drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to design and launch interactive flows quickly, and the real-time preview feature is a big plus. I’m giving it an eight because while it’s great for most standard use cases, there are some limitations in advanced logic, dynamic behavior, and custom styling that can require workarounds.
While there are some frustrating things that pop up unexpectedly ("wait... I can't do X?"), I have found HubSpot to be easy to use and extremely helpful to my daily work. The documentation is really good, and when it's not helpful, the support staff have been amazing.
There have been no notable outages of HEyflow to date, not even in the past. If an outage is imminent, HEyflow will announce it in good time. If it occurs unexpectedly, SUpport will find a solution as quickly as possible. In some cases, a different server solution has been offered temporarily to minimize downtime. All in all, the response times of the support team are excellent.
They have had issues with system availability over the course of days. Sometimes the system is unusable, other times updates simply take a long time to show up. It's better now but, from a reliaibility standpoint, HubSpot is not Salesforce.com yet. Still great software though.
Heyflow's performance is truly exemplary and fast. We have never had any performance issues, regardless of how many visuals or videos we used. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on integrations, as we do not use any except for a Meta Pixel. However, even this has not affected our performance so far.
With all the new features in HubSpot, the system can get a tad slow sometimes... That said, most of the time it is lightning fast and I have no problems. Because most of the integrations are API, they silently work in the background. I have not had trouble with lag due to HubSpot integration
Heyflow's support is truly world-class. Whether via chat or email, you'll receive genuine help. If a problem can't be resolved immediately, they'll look into it and usually get back to you the next day. Their response time is generally very fast compared to other companies. It's also possible to book a free appointment at any time, during which a representative will contact you by phone to offer advice and assistance on how to improve your performance.
During the few times I've needed it, HS support has been accessible, helpful and efficient. Often rolling up their sleeves to make changes for you as opposed to leaving you with a list of instructions to decipher on your own.
I did the 2-day classroom at HubSpot's corporate office in Cambridge. First off, it was amazing to see their corporate office in general. They have such a cool office environment. But it was also great to have the ability to learn in a workshop format with other HubSpot users and meet my Account Manager/ Inbound Marketing Consultant in person.
I went through Inbound Marketing University in 2006. Great training and helped my transition from traditional (outbound) marketing to inbound marketing that I've been able to apply to a number of businesses from wastewater and water reuse, to professional services and SaaS. Share information of value to build awareness and trust. Answer customers' questions in a transparent way to generate more qualified leads. Understand the difference between a marketing qualified lead and a sales qualified lead and put together a lead nurturing program. Your sales and marketing efforts will see significant ROI.
I had already used Heyflow at my previous company because I was familiar with it from a service provider. Therefore, it was an easy decision to implement Heyflow again. The implementation was very straightforward, just as planned. There were absolutely no problems, and it worked perfectly from the start. But that's precisely what makes Heyflow so great!
My biggest piece of advice for those who are implementing Hubspot is that you need to devote the time up front and learn how to use the product. Once you learn how to use Hubspot, it will be much more effective as well as much easier to use in the long run
Heyflow Vs. Typeform = Heyflow wins because of design flexibility as TF is very stuck in their typical classical look. Heyflow also comes with a plethora of more options to improve lead quality and has drop-off analytics as standard. Heyflow Vs. Growform = This one is tougher as I think Growform is very competitive with what you get value-wise like no charge for phone and email network validations against Twilio and Neverbounce API's. Also Growform comes with a much more generous submission count for their smaller tiers AND I'm not capped by the amount of forms.
Other competing software such as Zoho and Boomtown may have more bells and whistles, but it is too cumbersome and has many parts that only advanced users can operate. With HubSpot, each function is within reach of the average agent. It doesn't overpromise and then makes you feel incompetent when you can't use it all...
The SalesIntel interface is much more cleaner and easier (at least for me) to navigate. Sometimes too much on-screen information can seem overwhelming. And not to mention, the multiple times a search is returned with 0 results, is beyond frustrating. Sometimes some of the bigger or more known companies' reps can have a little bit of an ego and are less than humble, which can be a turn off for perspective buyers.
No, I wouldn't change any of Heyflow's terms and conditions or price. The price-performance ratio is simply impressive. I don't know of any other provider that offers a platform that allows you to start from scratch without any prior knowledge and gives you top-notch support at all times, helping you optimize your flows and get even more out of them.
The overall scalability is excellent in Heyflow. We have the ability to work across locations as a team without any limitations; it doesn't matter how many team members we have or how many customers we cover. The scalability and flexibility also allow us to serve our customers with the same account and thus cover different business segments when it comes to online forms.
HubSpot is addressing this more and more. Currently you can assign tasks to designated sales teams, which grow as you grow. They've added free baseline products for those just getting started. These and more contribute to the scalability of HubSpot - so I gave it an 8 and am hoping for more in the future!
The ROI is impacted by the intangibles of using the platform. As our team goes through the learning curve, we establish better collaboration skills and celebrate the 'aha' moments. SalesIntel is feature rich and we've just scratched the surface.
One of the coolest added features is the ability to request information on demand. Once I've established a company qualifies for what we offer, even if I cannot locate human verified contact information for DM's, I can request info for the specific titles that I need to speak with about our solution.
